Dr. David Evan Shapiro

Yesterday I had a procedure done by Dr Shapiro, which was very similar to a crown. After preparing my tooth for the crown, using 3D imaging he created my new tooth on the premise. It took about 15 minutes for the tooth to be cut. It fit perfectly the first time! Within 1 hour the entire procedure was complete. Absolutely pain free! No second visits, no worries about a temporary crown. I was able to eat and drink immediately. I have been seeing Dr. Shapiro for the last 20 years. He is an outstanding dentist who takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend Dr Shapiro for any kind of dental work. His staff are very friendly and personable which makes his office a very comforting place to be.

Dr Shapiro is extremely skilled and talented. His placing and replacing crowns is an art form. Perfectly fitting. Perfectly functioning. Morning after they felt as if they were always there. One way that he really stands out is how he listens to your issues/goals, gives you his opinion, and lets you make the decision. His office makes crowns while you wait. No third party off-site tech who never saw your teeth before. That’s probably why the fit, confort and functionality are excellent. Only one percent of dentists make crowns themself. He also uses digital imagery which is taken during your visit. This allows the patient to see what is going on and can make informed decisions. To whom would I recommend Dr Shapiro? … to everybody !

Dr Shapiro has been treating our family including kids for a long while now. He knows so much more than just dental care. When I had an issue around my jaw bones, he spent time to address it and made a special night guard for me to prevent more damage from the teeth grinding. Had a lot of anxiety quite honestly very nervous due to extensive dental procedures over the years . Dental Hygienist was awesome and even applied numbing cream on my teeth before cleaning because of my teeth sensitivity! Which was the first time over the years it was ever used! It went Beautifully!! No pain or discomfort!!! The hygienist was very compassionate and excellent .One of the best cleaning procedure I ever had ! Very gentle,no rushing and very knowledgeable . Dr Shapiro was outstanding like usual and very knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. He also took extra time explaining and making recommendations. Dr Shapiro is highly recommended !!!! One of the best !! Let me also mention Kathy at the desk who is very cheerful and very knowledgeable and very helpful all the time.
