Dr. Volpi and his practice are top-notch. The office is busy- but this is New York, after all- and I was always able to get an appointment in relatively short order. I was referred to an ENT after experiencing headaches that my neurologist couldn't adequately explain. Dr. Volpi was quick to assess my situation with the scans and tests I already had done, and he started me on medication and ordered follow-up testing. Ultimately, the doctor referred me to one of his excellent colleagues who provided me the surgery I needed. It's only been a week, but I can tell that my symptoms are greatly improved. I am so thankful for Dr. Volpi setting me on the path I needed to get this life-changing procedure, and it's reassuring to know that I have him on my care team should I need any follow-up treatment. They wouldn’t give me a CPAP prescription because they had to “update my file.” I asked my doctor in Florida and he said it should be for life. Apnea doesn’t disappear because your machine breaks! Dr Volpe corrected a botched sinus surgery by another doctor and eliminated suffering of several years with a follow up surgery that brought me relief and breathing that I haven’t had most of my life. Thanks Dr.

Dr. Volpi is an amazing Doctor. Infallible at what he does. Courteous, professional and an all around nice human being. His assistant, Maria is also a kind human being who is there to help and assist in any way possible.

Dr Volpi refused to renew my prescription for a CPAP after my machine broke unless I came into the city for a new sleep study at his facility during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, this despite the fact that insurance was willing to replace the machine. Because of the holidays, I will have been without a CPAP for multiple weeks, putting my health at risk, and when I get a new prescription from my new ENT closer to home, I will no longer be under my 2020 deductible for insurance so it will end up costing me much more money to get the same machine. Thanks a LOT Dr. Volpi. I hope the extra money to your facility from your remaining patients is worth it. Great experience! I'm glad I found Dr Volpi. The staff at his office are great! Maria is awesome, and on top of everything, which is great. Dr. Volpi is an awesome doctor! I would recommend him to anyone, I wish I could give more stars! I can breathe much better now!

Dr. Volpi office staff was very helpful my first visit there and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I came in and didn’t realize that I made my appointment for a different date and the staff made it possible for me to see the doctor anyway. As for Dr. Volpi he was very knowledgeable he listened to my concerns and checked everything to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this doctor. My father had an appointment on 11/28 and was told he’d have a CPAP machine by 12/4. It’s the 20th now and we got nothing. The number listed on the website isn’t very useful, the woman on the line says “this is the call center you have to call the office but they haven’t been picking up.....” thanks for nothing? I asked her to give me a number to call she gave me 22-838-8758 a number which perpetually gives the busy signal.....it’s 2018 how do you not have call waiting. In a last ditch effort to contact anyone I left a long question in the comments box on their website, let’s see if we get any response. The actually sleep lab was a comfortable experience I’m just wondering why it’s been so impossible to reach the doctor since. Update a day after this review; Yasmin reached out to me after leaving the comment I left on the website and was very helpful. I’m adding two stars to my review. Amazing doctor and extremely knowledgeable.

Dr Volpi is a great surgeon and practitioner. I was referred to him as my ENT no longer performs surgery and I was not disappointed with the result. Dr Volpi was accommodating, timely and exceptionally personable. He took the time to explain the entire procedure and what I could expect during the surgery, post op and the near future. On the day of the surgery he came to see me prior to the procedure to put any doubts or concerns to rest. The procedure was quick and went exactly as he laid out. Post procedure was relatively painless. Following this procedure I am now able to breathe through my nose for the first time in over 20 years and haven’t had an infection in almost a year following the surgery. It's a shame the receptionist wasn't nicer... I may have used Dr. Volpi for my sinus issues( a mass in my sinus cavity) but I am a firm believer that if you have a rude person you hired to answer your business phone then unfortunately the doctor must not be too nice himself.

I have written less than a handful of these reviews because I'm only motivated to do so by exceptional service. Dr VOLPI greatly improved my quality of life. After I broke my nose I had difficulty breathing. Just trying to fall asleep at night only being able to breath through my mouth was miserable. After visiting Dr. Volpi my breathing has returned to far beyond what I ever thought I would have again in my life. Couldn't be more grateful. Wow, I guess I really shot myself in the foot by not reading Yelp reviews. I went in for a consultation appointment. I was already being treated for sleep apnea and just wanted to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment(pretty standard thing to do). I had exactly the same experience as "A Google User," above. Had a septoplasty/turbinectomy, which did nothing to solve my problem. And, like Google User, I was told there would be no expenses for the surgery and I'm now dealing with a $1,400 bill. Avoid.

Dr. Volpi and his staff took great care of me and was very thorough before, during and after my deviated septum surgery. I'm forever grateful for his handiwork, as I can breath normally now and don't suffer from the many problems that come with an obstructed breathing passage. Dr Volpi changed my life, he is one of the top in New York at his speciality. I did a recommended nasal surgery and I feel like a different person, my heart is functioning way better. After the surgery my nose looked normal no blue marks or any of that. Within a week I can breath again much better than before the surgery. He charges reasonable amount compare to the level of treatment you're getting. A 100% recommendation. Dr Volpi changed my life, he is one of the top in New York at his speciality. I went to visit Dr Kimmelman for a problem on my ear combined with sleeping issues. The staff on his office was very diligent and polite, after filling-out the paperwork Dr Kimmelman checked my ear did an He explained to me what was causing the pain. He did an small procedure on my ear giving me immediate relief. He was professional and kind, he explained to me what was happening and gave me all the time needed to make me feel comfortable with the treatment. He still working on my sleeping issue. There is no doubt in my mind, that Dr. Volpi's medical practice is patient-centered care and inclusive of all people. DR. Volpi was there for me when no one else was. I have lived in NYC for ten years and have constantly been plagued by poor sleep.
