Doctor Banit describes my diagnosis and demonstrates where it is exactly located on my body and tells me exactly what we need to do to fix it ,and going through each procedure ,first step by step I am please with his services,I like that he try to work with the issue before surgery to see if it will improve if it can improve before surgery ,I have had 2 surgeries with Dr Banit and each issue has been fixed ,and that area he fixed is better ,Hope he is able to get the rest fixed asap

I was recently a patient was going in for a neck fusion procedure on 1/31/23 after IV was put in an antibiotic was injected when I was heading to the operating room I specifically told the nurses my wrist was burning they told me it will calm down when I entered the operating room I specifically kept saying something was not right I said it twice before I knew it my left arm jump the left side of my body jump I was unresponsive on the table not breathing not moving after getting my medical records comes to show they try to cover up an it specifically stated patient was given fentanyl went into convulsion and loss consciousness after a nurse stated that I had an open lawsuit case from the injury they reversed medication which they overdosed me an brought me back I have difficulty with chest pain that want go away my knee injury which I was recovering well from back at square one with that I recommend no one to see him I give 0 stars they put my life on the line an almost took me away from my kids they have done more harm than good to my body my procedure was postponed an no I will not ever come back to them ever in life

Me and my husband has been going to this office for several years none. We see several Doctor's there and they are all great. We would not go anywhere else and we thank them all for what they do for us.

I have been to several doctors the only one that found the problem with me was Dr. Banit he is the best there is his staff is great .I won’t go to anyone else.

Dr. Banit is very thorough with his explanations and takes the time to make sure his patients understand the information. He’s the best!

This is the MOST intelligent doctor and person I have ever met, and I've met a few. Dr. Banit is kind, he's externally knowledgeable in his field, and he takes the time to explain everything down to the last dot. I couldn't have asked for a better Ortho doctor for my spine issues. He's been an angel!!

I went in for a lumbar injection. The staff were great. I did not have to wait long at all. Could not believe with minimal pain. He said a stick and a burn. And it was over. Now, hope it works. The injection did the job for close to 6 mos. I am scheduled for another. I have since required surgery on my neck involving multiple discs. I have been very pleased with the results. Dr. Banit is very thorough and explains the problem as well as the hopeful outcome of the injection or surgery. I went in for a lumbar injection. The staff were great. Dr.has the best bed side manner very well knowledgeable with the spine just a super personal Doctor who cares about his patient he goes over everything I had a stroke a year ago he goes over all things that the meds he gives you will have on you I also love his PA she too is very personal and she will go over everything with you. Thank you MGO and especially Dr. Banit and staff! I’d been avoiding surgery for about 15 years out of fear, but Dr. Banit was calm, reassuring, and did an amazing job! The after care has also been exceptional (surgery in 2019 and here it is 2022 and I’m writing this review). If you need help with back pain/spinal issues, then I highly recommend MGO and Dr. Banit. Dr Banits nurse that seen me on January 6 2022 is so awesome!!! She actually sits down and explains everything to you where you can understand. Dr. Banit Rocks also. Love the staff as well. Everyone there is so nice.

There aren't enough words to express our gratitude and confidence in Dr Banit. Besides being the best spine and neck surgeon he is compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. His BP is the same. We owe Royce's life to both of them. You could not ask for a better team.

I was referred due to back and arm pain and on first visit I never saw his face the on day of procedure I ended up in hospital for 7 days and never received a call to for welfare check... Staff was great but overall I was not satisfied with what I received

Dr. Banit is very knowledgeable and fast on his feet. Within the 1st week I was scheduled for effective therapy and feeling a little better. Maxwell is my therapist and he is awesome. I love the customer service and professionalism at MGO.

I have never been to Dr Banit and did not post this review “I consider Dr Banit my hero. He is the very best.“ he obviously is having accounts hacked and false ones created to boost his rating. He clearly is a terrible dr is he can’t get authentic positive reviews. Beware!

I was extremely lucky to find Dr. Banit as he is one of only a handful of doctors in the country that I've found that know about and deal with OPLL and it's complications.

Dr. Banit and his staff have been wonderful to both my husband and myself as we have dealt with back and neck surgeries. They kept us informed of all options and only suggested surgery as a last resort. We could be more grateful to Dr. Banit and his amazing staff. Thank you!

Dr Banit has been my surgeon for both my back and neck surgeries. The neck was done this past May. My back was done 5 yrs ago. My neck surgery was extensive and it has been 3 most post op and I no longer have any pain or numbness that I had prior to surgery. He is very thorough and makes sure that you understand your condition, his recommendation, the surgery procedure and expectations. Dr. Banit was very attentive and listened to my concerns and took the time to explain my condition and likely outcome. His staff was pleasant and I had very little wait time. During this crazy COVID-19 pandemic, his office made me feel perfectly safe and the office was spotless and smelled very clean.

Everyone was pleasantly courteous and professional. Dr. Can't, in my opinion, saved me from a life of being Wheelchair dependant. He explained everything so. Easy for me to understand and what would happen if I didn't start to get up and start trying to get mobile again. I came home and left that wheelchair in the van. I’ve been seeing Dr. Banit since 2009. I’ve always been pleased with him and all of the staff from the PAs, nurses, administrative staff, and let’s not forget Channel! They are very courteous and professional. I have recommended Dr Banit to others and will continue to do so. He’s helped me tremendously!

I had to come in to have the spinal stimulator in my back reconfigured because the program put in 2 months ago was not working for me. When I told Dr. Banit, he was quick to schedule an appointment with the representative. It took longer than usual to fix where it helped because the pain in my back is worsening. But, the rep was kind & patient to make sure I was feeling the pain relief needed. As soon as he finished, Dr. Banit came in to make sure I was happy with the changes. While there Dr. Banit explained what was taking place in my back right now & where we were headed. One of the many things I will say about Dr. Banit is that he always explains what is going on with my spine & its disks in a way that I can understand. I appreciate that. I have been a patient of Dr. Banit since 2009. He is so awesome based on his experience and knowledge. I have at several occasions just told him my symptoms and Dr. Banit without missing a beat diagnosises me. We, of course, confirm the diagnosis with an MRI, CT, X-rays or a whatever. Great surgeon. I felt completely at ease with his manner and the way Dr Banit spent time to explain my condition and exactly what he would be doing. He answered all my questions and did not seem in a hurry or get impatient with me. I would definitely recommend Dr Banit to anyone who has a problem with their back.

Dr Banit has performed two surgeries on my back fusing L3, L4, L5 to S1. Each time I also had physical therapy at Middle Georgia Orthopedics Center. My experiences with Dr. Banit and his staff has been positive. I have healed very well and have not had any pain since the surgery. I am grateful to him. He is very informative before surgery and gives great post op care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone suffering with back pain.

I have been seeing Dr. Banit for several years now. Her did a fusion surgery on my back. I never got better, only worse. I had a hard time walking, with extreme pain. When I discussed this with him, all he would tell me is the nerves need to heal. Two years after surgery and I was still hearing the same song and dance. My appointments lasted all of 5 minutes. When I told him I was getting worst, I got nothing. Finally, I decided to go to another doctor. He did a mylogram. A test that SHOULD have been done before I even had surgery! I found out on a Monday that I had two herniated disks in my neck, a screw sticking out of the hardware that Banit put in, causing bone to push against it, and flat ball joints on my hips. Banit did an xray that Wednesday of the same week and said everything looked great. Did he NOT see the screw sticking out of my hardware?! Within a week, I was in surgery for my neck, with several more surgeries to come. He is INCOMPETENT!!

Dr. Banit is an amazing doctor. He takes the time to talk to his patients and work with them to explore all options before recommending surgery. My husband has had two spinal fusions and I have had a neck fusion. Both outcomes have been wonderful and Dr. Banit and his amazing staff were attentive to every step of our recovery. We highly recommend Dr. Banit and his staff to anyone seeking an orthopedic surgeon/doctor. Thank you Dr. Banit and everyone for all that you have done for us.

Dr. Banit preformed surgery on my neck on May 26th of this year. It was an extensive surgery involving C3/4, 4/5, 5/6 and 6/7. I currently have no more pain in my neck, shoulders and no more numbness in my fingers. He is an excellent Dr and surgeon and takes his time in answering any questions and explaining procedures, etc.

Dr Banit has been both my back and neck surgeon. I have been very pleased with the results of both. He is very thorough and explains your condition, the prognosis and never seems in a hurry. My condition has greatly improved and I am so grateful for Dr Banit and his staff for providing excellent care and treatment.

Dr. Banit has to be the worst surgeon ever!!! My mother had neck surgery performed by him 2 weeks ago and was rushed into emergency surgery hours later due to complications from the initial surgery. He updated me and my family with false information immediately following the second surgery and my mother stayed on a ventilator brain dead until 4 days later. He is incompetent. Beware as he has had 2 other deaths from his surgeries in the past few weeks including my mother’s. I cannot believe this man continues to practice and take the lives of his patients. i recently had neck surgery with dr banit an he did a great job, i hear alot of hardware went in my neck an its healing faster than expected. i will be having back surgery in a few months an i will make sure he does my surgery

I have had back problems for several years related to a car accident. I am so thankful for Dr. Banit, he was able to diagnose and treat my injury, all the while leaving my spinal stimulator intact. I sincerely appreciate this man and all that he has done for me... The office staff are very caring and kind..no better group around!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Banits for almost three years, he’s performed two surgeries on me. Dr. Banit is a very knowledgeable doctor, (I do have to make him break down the medical terms), he explains things to his patients & he makes his surgical coordinator further explain to make sure you have a clear understanding. This entire staff is always pleasant & respectful. I love coming to the facility. His PA’s are very knowledgeable as well, and I love the fact that they always asks questions & really listen to my answers & concerns. I would recommend Dr.Banit to anyone with back or spine problems. The physical therapy team is just as good too. My only negative is, I live in Macon & while preparing for surgery, it was so much back & forth to Warner Robins. I wish those tests, labs, etc could have been done at once!
