I came in to Dr. Goldring's office with some serious back pain. Since being on her non-physical approach to chiropractic medicine,the improvments have been long term. This much different than a traditional chiropractor. She is much more focused on the solution of the problem.

Dr. Goldring is very thoughtful, making sure you understand all aspects of treatment. I went to her with severe lower back spasms and within 2 weeks she alleviated my pain by applying techniques specially identified for my bodies’ needs. I highly recommend her! I came to Dr. Goldring with intense neck pain that kept me up every night. It started about a month after I was in a car accident. Since I have been visiting her office, I have had no troubles falling or staying asleep. My neck pain is completely gone. The combination of therapy she performs with the non-force technique adjustment is perfect. It is pain relieving as well as relaxing. I look forward to each office visit. Dr. Goldring has been providing care for me following an auto accident. I have been impressed with my progress and the entire process of my treatment. I had shoulder problems, lower back problems, and trouble sleeping. Since treatment, I have been sleeping better and experiencing no symptoms of pain in the shoulder or lower back.

Came in with horrible lower back pain and neck pain. I have been coming in on a regular basis with huge improvements and no pain medication was needed because Dr. Goldring knows how to take care of the whole spine with gentle adjustments, my pain was at 10. I was having headaches and neck issues continuous for weeks. I came to Dr. Goldring. She fully explained the cause of the issues and started treatments. Within 3-4 visits headaches were gone. I am going to continue treatments to fix all issues. I have not felt this good in quite a long time. She always explains where you are at and what is next. She provides excellent care. Her staff is great as well in providing treatments. This type of treatment is the best when the body is very tender. Can't say enough good things! When I came to Dr. Goldring my neck was in pain and constantly ached for more than one month. Home treatment such as icing and massaging did not help me. I am so grateful for having met Dr. Goldring. The only solution given to me by other doctors was to have surgery on my neck and back. Because of her I am able to continue working at my present job and also enjoy my life without pain.

Doctor Goldring saved my spine and more. Prior to meeting Doctor G in mid 2012, I had a cervical fusion surgery on my neck in early 2011. My surgical team set expectations that one disk after another would subsequently fail. Over time, the adjacent fusion would hasten the next natural disk failure. As expected, by mid 2012 the debilitating pain was back. My medical team confirmed the bulging disk below my fusion, and I was being lined up for surgery to remove it and fuse the next two adjacent vertebrae. This would continue until I had several fused together, whereupon the surgeons won’t fuse any more…and you just go on pain meds for the rest of your life, to deal with the next bulging/collapsing disks. Lucky me; I ran into Doctor G at a work-sponsored health fair and discussed my upcoming 2nd disk fusion surgery. To be honest, I wasn't optimistic about anything but surgery, as I previously had tried standard (back-cracking) Chiro, and acupuncture, and traction, and PT, and mass quantities of pain pills…all this before my first bulging disk was surgically repaired. Dr G heard my tale of woe and asked to take a closer look and possibly a try at treatment. I’m thankful I agreed. My intense nerve pain from the next disk failure, was reversed and then diminished until gone. X-rays confirm reduction in disc bulging and resulting nerve impact. Even my less-critical, but severe hand/finger numbness, which remained unresolved by my prior disk fusion surgery (the surgery team said it often did), was erased by Dr G’s low-impact treatments. My surgical team surely did a solid technical job on my neck. That surgery gave me instant relief from brutal pain that had rendered me unable to lie down or even lean back in a chair. For months before that surgery, I stood all day and ‘slept’ in a propped-up and completely vertical seated position; leaning at all would wake me in searing pain. I can’t prove that Dr G could have saved me from that first fusion surgery…not without a time-machine. However, my previously gloomy prognosis of a string of surgeries leading to eventual futility, has been completely re-written by Dr G. When I first went to Dr. Goldring in late Jan. 2019 My left leg would be numbing and felt that i would collapse on it by walking and standing on it too long. My lower back would hurt when I first get out of bed in the morning. I could only sleep on my side for a couple of hours before I would have to alternate or sleep on my back. My toes would go numb when driving for a while. With Dr. Goldring's treatments and exercises I'm now getting up in the morning with slight pain and would work itself out within 15 min. Dr. Goldring has been treating me for a little over six years. I don’t think I would be walking this confidently if I never met her. She barely touches me yet she can tell if I have been exercising or sticking to my diet. She knows when I am dehydrated or feeling ill even though I don’t tell her. She always know exactly where my problems are. Dr. Goldring has given me exercise plans, diet regimen, and sleep schedule. She seriously cares about her patient’s wellness. She is genuinely happy when your health improves and shows concern when you don’t progress. Her treatments are gentle. She lets you know what her treatment does to your body and reassures you that you will get better. Her advice is valuable to me. A couple of years ago I came down with cold symptoms such as coughs, sore throat, and congestion. When I told her about my symptoms she worked to ease my discomfort. From the first appointment I could see that Dr Goldring was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained the details of my problem with x-rays and models. I have been seeing Dr. Goldring for mid back and neck injury treatments. Because of her treatments I'm able to manage my pain without medication. I would encourage anyone to give her methods a try even if you are sceptical, because you will never know until you try.

I have been going to Dr. Goldring for a few years. I have scoliosis of the spine so I need regular adjustments. I like her gentle adjustments over getting my back cracked. I also have severe plantar fasciitis that I have been dealing with for 20 years. My medical provider finally recommended surgery. But thanks to Dr. Goldring, I didn't have to endure a painful surgery that does not guarantee that I would be able to walk without pain. I have always declined the recommendation to go to a chiropractor because I was hesitant to have someone work on my spine after having lower back surgery in 2001. I just dealt with tightness and discomfort in neck, shoulders that at times became quite painful. I met another chiropractor at the Del Mar Home show who explained to me that there were different chiropractic care options and that I could have treatment that was a holistic approach and did not include 'popping' my back in shape. I made the appointment to meet with Dr. Goldring the following week. Since my start, I have found that I do not have to live with discomfort and pain as I grow older. It is a joint effort for my care plan to work best that Dr. Goldring explains clearly. I am pleased with how I am progressing and have found I am getting better rest at night and am really surprised what it feels like to have my neck, back and shoulders feeling so good. When I first started with Dr. Goldring my left hip was so painful that my wife and I would have to sit down at the mall because the pain and numbness would make me feel like I would fall to the left if I didn't. It would be so hard to sleep on my left side that I would force myself to sleep on my back. After a couple of months of treatment I'm able to sleep on both sides. I also don't feel like I would fall to my left side from standing and walking. Thank you for the relief.

Dr. Goldring has greatly improved my upper back and posture. Her technique has also strengthened my lower back. She uses the activator technique which is extremely gentle but very effective. She helped relieve swelling in my arms and hands using the activator method.

Doctor Goldring and her staff have made every visit a total joy. After a decade of chronic pain throughout my neck and shoulders, impacting my arms, MRI's and epidurals... I tried to exercise through it, spent thousands on massage, but my pain only got worse as the years passed. After being in Doctor Goldring's care for only 2 weeks, 5 visits total, I have never felt more like I can actually have a normal, pain-free life again. She only uses non-invasive methods, with top-notch patient service!

I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Goldring for the past 8 or so years. When I first started, I was having a lot of pain in my knees and it was hard for me to get around. Since receiving treatment, I am able to get around and even walk a few miles without pain. Occasionally, when I do have pain, I just come back in for a tune up.

Earlier this year I was involved in an automobile accident. I experienced a severe case of whiplash in my neck area and damage to my mid and lower back. I received a recommendation to seek the aid of Dr. Golding for my physical distress. As a result of treatments performed by Dr. Goldring I experienced the following results: 1. My neck pained me caused tension and restricted my head movement with clicking sounds as I turned and caused ringing in my ears. My vision also seemed to diminish. Dr. Goldring manipulated my neck vertebra and utilized electrical impulses and prescribed exercises and cold application for me to perform in my home. I had an eye examination after several sessions with Dr. Goldring. The optician observed that with magnification I was able to read the bottom line with 100% accuracy indicating that for the first time in my life I had corrected vision to 20/20. She was puzzled that a 76 year old male could have his vision improve from 20/40 to 20/20. My magnification in both eyes was changed to reflect the change and I am currently experiencing better vision than ever. Additionally the stiffness and tension in my neck has been reduced and my ability to move my head has been substantially improved. 2. My lower back caused pain and restricted my ability to turn, bend, and pick objects off the floor. I had pain shooting down my leg from the lower back. I no longer experience pain shooting down my leg. I am able to reach the floor more easily and with less effort. The adjustments in addition to the electrical stimulation have made a huge improvement in my lower back. I drive 120 miles to and from work each day and the discomfort these trips used to cause have been largely eliminated. 3. I experienced tension in the trapezoidal muscles near my shoulders The discomfort from these muscles has been largely eliminated and I no longer have the feeling that my muscles in that area are in tension and causing pain. 4. I experienced vertebra in the mid back which were not properly aligned and the rib heads were not properly aligned with my spine. Adjustments made to that area of my back has largely eliminated that issue. I learned that Dr. Goldring does dietary consultations for her clients while in the waiting room. I requested an appointment to learn what foods I should avoid and what foods to consume. After that session, I immediately changed my diet and found excellent physical results. My energy has increased dramatically and my comfort food cravings for sugary beverages, pasta, ice cream, and deserts have been diminished. I now crave fruits and vegetables. I have already been able to get into clothing which I had in the closet due to weight gain. My annual physical with my family doctor last year showed that I was in a pre diabetic condition and needed to modify my dietary patterns and get more exercise. Over the last 4 years I gained over 35 pounds. My gastroenterologist previously informed me that I have microscopic colitis but offered no remedy other that take pro-biotic pills. Dr. Goldring's recommendation vastly improved my gut health. My urologist detected kidney stones and prescribed potassium citrate pills for the malady. The diet I received will also address the issue of kidney stones. In the 4 years I have been seeing my urologist there was never any mention of diet. my name is Lorenzo Almodovar I've been in construction since 1982 and work has taken a toll on by body. Back and shoulder. Dr. Golding has helped eliminate most of the discomfort so I can sleep better at night without waking up in pain. also I'm able to work easier and do other activities without nagging pain. I started coming in treatments at Dr Goldring's office about 3 years ago. I was experiencing sharp pains in the upper neck. The severity of this has greatly decreased since. I am a massage therapist, so come in to see her weekly, which really helps. Also good to note that her methods are very safe.
