I called to set up an initial phone consultation and then verify my insurance prior to attending my first appt. Debbie answered but told me to call her assistant/daughter, Jessica. J said she would get back to me the next day. 3 days passed so I called J & she said she did call but "couldn't remember" and she'd call me back. My phone consult was set at 8:45am but I never received a call from Debbie. I called her directly at 8:52 and it went to a voicemail redirected for a man's (roofing) business. It made me uneasy to know someone else was SHARING her phone number/voicemail. I called J to see why my appt was missed and she said "oh maybe Debbie was too busy this morning with her appts and I'll text her again to see if maybe she'll have time for you later this afternoon." I was appalled that Debbie couldn't keep the 1st appt with me and now suspect J was lying and never made the initial appt. Bottom line is if the daughter is a reflection of Debbie, I can't trust or work with Debbie.
