I used to take my son here. He’s been through a lot being born with a cleft palate so his dental work has been pretty extensive not to mention hard on him. She told me she would not use a needle on my granddaughter and when they took her in the room they wouldnt allow me in the room and she used the needle on her after she said she wouldnt. I Was Highly Unimpressed. I Know I Was Spoiled When I Was Young, Because My Dentist Was Awesome! However I Found The Front Office Staff To Be Slightly Confrontational. The Staff We Saw In the Exam Room, Were Not Much Better.

Would suggest getting a second opinion. After being pushed into getting my child scheduled to go under anesthesia for 4 cavities I went and got a second opinion. Without telling the next dentist about the supposedly 4 cavities he had the other dentist told me that my son had only 1 cavity on a baby tooth that would soon fall out, no need to fill it. When I told him about the procedure he even brought up the X-ray and looked over it again with me just to make sure he didn't miss something. Dr. Brandes office is about making money. Great pediatric dentist. She was so good with the kids, and eased my daughters nervousness about needing half a fake front tooth due to an accident, and made my 4 year old son feel safe to sit there and be looked at!

Do not use this doctor if you have state insurance. Recommends unnecessary treatments. Dr Brandes said my granddaughter had cavities in her baby teeth and recommended sedation. I took her to another dentist and she no longer has any cavities. Beware of this one

I brought my daughter to Dr. Brandes after a bad experience with another pediatric dentist. Both she and her staff were very professional. My daughter gets very anxious and Dr. Brandes was able to calm her down enough to get through to her to conduct a good exam. I will bring my other children here. I honestly don't know why anyone has a negative review of this practice. Dr. Brandes told me what dental work needed to be done and let me decide whether to have her perform it or to go elsewhere.

Recommended unnecessary procedure involving sedating a 5 yr old to repair cavity of a baby tooth. Child has no pain or discomfort in the tooth. Was condescending to my wife when asked questions regarding this procedure. STAY AWAY!!!

I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Brandes and her staff. They have always been very thorough and kind to my son and I. I would definitely recommend her.
