Dr. Capko is an amazing person who will help you walk through the diagnosis and the options to address the type of breast cancer you have. I asked her to pick her team consisting of radiology, plastics etc. and they all were equally impressive, having spent a lot of time reviewing my case. I think that Dr. Capko will personally call her patients and ask them how they are doing and talk about treatment options at 7:30 at night is pretty incredible. Always available, extremely energetic, and deeply caring, I couldn't have imagined a better outcome than having met her and picking her to be the captain on my team. More to go, but she's really really wonderful. Post surgery, she called my husband right away to tell him how it went and the results. She's all about her patients.

Dr. Capko is an absolute gem. Facing cancer is not easy. She is compassionate, personable and highly skilled. I am forever grateful to her for guiding me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I am now seven years cancer free. I highly recommend Dr. Capko.

Dr. Capko is an excellent surgeon. She is direct, professional, no sugar coating. If you want someone who thinks like an engineer and analyzes in 3 dimensions, she is the one. She doesn't waste time with un-necessary pleasantries, just gets to the point. I had a quadruple lumpectomy last fall from Dr. Capko. She figured how to do it with only 3 incisions (one was for obligatory lymph node testing). Other doctors recommended a mastectomy. All looks great, I'm feeling good. I'm very grateful to her!

Deborah Capko is the least caring, least compassionate, most haughty doctor I have ever met. Avoid her.

Dr. Capko performed a lumpectomy on me. I can only share my experience -but I came out of surgery expecting a significant loss of tissue. Instead I saw no difference in appearance of my breast except for what looked like a 1” scratch. My daughter and I went to lunch 3 hours after surgery and I shopped the next day - not recommended but felt fine. Needed no pain medication at all. She is a rock star in her field. A doctor in my family recommended her. She is quite well known for her skill.

I love Dr. Capko. She is the best there is out there and she is compassionate and kind. I have moved 600 miles away to NC as I am now 5 years cancer free and I feel no one will ever compare to her. EVER. Thank you Dr. Capko, I miss you!

De Capko is by far the best! So compassionate and kind. She listens and doesn't talk over you. I wish her and her team could be my everyday Dr.

Dr Capko was not only very direct & professional in explaining my breast cancer, she was unbelievably kind and accessible. I had seen another "top" doctor in Morristown who was chaotic & non-responsive. Dr Capko spent time with me in her office and on the phone. She conveyed a compassionate interest in my diagnosis, surgery and follow-up care. i had to have a mastectomy after I had a lumpectomy & breast reduction. Dr. Capko was especially caring regarding my challenges. A surgeon with a heart.

Dr Capko was amazing today! She's very nice, has a great bedside manner and made me feel completely comfortable with her knowledge and skill. You can tell she loves her career choice and so do I, feeling very thankful today!??
