Dr. Englert has been my husband’s and my dermatologist for quite some time. I have had several skin cancers removed and we both have had preventative procedures. We completely rely on her expertise.

Office was busy, but everything ran quickly. Very little wait time in reception and in exam room. Dr. Englert was thorough in the annual exam and answered my questions. She responded to my inquire about skin care products and personally delivered samples to me before I left.

I was looking for a new dermatologist because my previous one always made me wait well past the appointment time and then rushed me through. The office was very friendly and timely and I was see by the doctor within 10 minutes of being brought into the exam room. Great experience!

Went in for yearly, overall skin check. Dr. Englert is very thorough. She also takes the time to listen to and answer any questions you might have. The front desk is very polite and professional. Been going here for some years now and will continue to do so.

Went many times to Advanced Dermatology and never once did I ever see a Dr Englert. my diagnosis was so very vague. My very last visit was shameful to say the very least. This young lady with a white coat, acting as a doctor, was pitiful. Saying things as, it could be this or it could be that. You should be reported. The only thing done to me that was helpful was removing skin tags. Thanks

Scheduled an appt. in Towson for laser hair removal consult.In waiting room listened to staff plan a party including how to make shots.Taken back by Dr. Englert's assistant who spent 2 min. w/ me entering my info into electronic device. Dr. Englert didn't introduce herself.Simply looked at my chin and said you will be good for laser and my assistant will tell you more and left. I was handed a brochure & told the other office will call you. Turns out the brochures was for a different procedure.

Outrageous fees and spends about 5 minutes with you if your lucky. Zero follow up. Can't get anyone on phone for test results. Must come in so they can charge you to tell you nothing is wrong. Definitely only care about billable fees and nothing else. Would never go back.

Scare Tactics: Can't walk through the door without getting something removed. If you don't return within six months, they send you a certified letter that you have to sign for and get at the post office! The letter uses a wonderful scare tactic for marketing purposes. I'm going back to Kurgansky who you see once a year, treats you the same day, gives you samples, and doesn't harass you for another appointment!

This office leaps at any opportunity to do a skin biopsy, even when there is little to no concern. They use threatening words and misinformation and tell you, It's probably cancer before the results are even in. You wind up with a scar over nothing, and they wind up with a nice insurance payment. I know 4 patients this happened to.
