Please do not select this physician’s office if you have medical issues that require coordination with specialists or medical procedures that cannot be done in the office or are in an HMO type plan that requires your PCP to seek authorization on your behalf before getting treatment or tests from others. They DO NOT coordinate your care well with other physicians or your insurance carriers. While office staff are polite, they wait until the very last minute to seek insurance authorizations for specialists or tests and frequently tell fish tales about their progress, causing appointments with specialists that were difficult to get in the first place to be cancelled or post-poned, delaying your needs and frustrating other doctors. Further, they are not proactive with preventative care. You will rarely see Dr. Shultz but be pushed over to overwhelmed or less qualified staff. This office is not at all equipped to “manage” anyone’s care, especially persons with special needs. Expect problems getting call backs, referrals on-time and lots of finger pointing from the office staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schultz for about 18 years and I have yet to have a problem with anyone at the office. Dr. Shultz and her staff are kind and very helpful. I will never go to another Dr. as long as Dr.Shultz is practicing. UPDATE I may or may not have covid. Went to Dr. Shultz immediately. Very private went to Dr SAFELY! Went to other side of her business. Met with her very kind, brave staff. They took care of me fast. And accurate. I will forever be committed to this practice. Dr Schultz is great caring and knowledgeable. Every month I have to call in my medication and do simple calender math with them everytime!!! Quit acting like God and do your job!!! I will not be back and warn you not to go there!!!

Beware, the place smells of mold. Never received a phone call confirming the appointment. After a year of going and putting up with the RUDE staff, they would not work with my insurance. Called the insurance company, set dr as my primary (I forgot the day of) Florida Blue has never once heard of a dr not taking a Ref number for the 2 days it would pend in the system. Love Dr Schultz and her staff. wait time is sometimes long especially in the Am's but afternoon appts tend to go faster. she is very caring and listens to your every concern. The girls are very friendly and funny.

Dr. Shultz and her staff are amazing. She cares about her patients and spends time during the visit. She doesn't rush through she is very thorough and extremely knowledgable in her field. When a specialist is needed she always has sent my husband and I to the best doctors. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. I travel from Tampa to go to her. Comprehensive, caring, thorough doctor and office. Doctor Shultz listens to what is being said by her patients. Her staff is excellent. She makes certain you get the wellness care you need as well as addressing what is ailing you. Great doctor but everything else is awful. Calling for anything other than an appointment is either voicemail with no returned calls or getting transfered to the extension that takes you to voicemail if you try to call the wrong extension to actually get someone to answer. I HAVE to let everyone know just how knowledgeable, amazing, and flexible with her time, Dr. Deborah F. Shultz, is! I had been going to another doctor for my Botox injections, spent almost $2000.00 within 6 months (not to mention the headache to just schedule appt.), and thought that my forehead muscles were just to strong and was setteling with my results. Well then I started googling and researched and thought I would give Dr. Deborah F. Shultz a try just as a second opinion. My fist visit was a total different experience. Dr. Deborah F. Shultz listened to my concerns and explained that it might not have been injected properly. So I thought why not. Dr. Deborah F. Shultz explained EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYTHING! She took her time with me and never made me feel rushed. She does NOT push product, and she gives you exactly what you need. At the previous office (in Riverview off if 301, but I won't give the name) it would take almost a full week to see any difference, and it was small, after I went to Dr. Deborah F. Shultz, I started seeing a difference the next day!! I was shocked!! I needed a touch-up because with any good Botox doctor, they have to learn your muscles. Dr. Deborah F. Shultz got me right in, I had MAYBE 2 more injections and out the door, AND she has an AMAZING technique to make the procedure painless, I won't give the secret away, but totally works! She knows the perfect spots, doses, and answers. I didn't need to go back for at least 2 months AND....it was half the cost I was paying with the other office! Now with Covid, she does not skip a beat, it takes her 15 minutes to clean a room after each patient and she still smiles. She wears a mask and does not touch any thing twice without changing her gloves, hell, you have to take her pen if u pay with a credit card and sign a slip! She has accommodated me more times then I can count. If I ever have questions or need something STAT her AMAZING staff (administrator/Receptionist is the sweetest individual) figure it out and get me in. I'm just saying, if your going to do it and want to pay for results with no BS extras, honesty, knowledgeable individuals, and an overall (given you are getting shots to your face) wonderfully painless (seriously, not kidding) procedure, Dr. Deborah F. Shultz is where to go!!! Sorry for the ramble. Ohhh, and I almost forgot, after my first appointment Dr. Deborah F. I really dont understand why u guys make appointments when your never on time. Everybody's time is important to them. If a patient is running late u make them reschedule and want to charge them however u will leave people sitting for hours without letting anyone know how far behind your running. Common courtesy should be given to your patients as their the reason for your business. I understand things happen from time to time however people shouldn't expect to wait hours if they have an appointment. Dont book more than u can handle. Also would be nice to let people know at check in how long the wait past your appt time is. Some people have medical problems and cant sit for long periods of time. I just want to see patients get the same respect u ask for. If were not coming or running late we call. I am a patient of Dr. Shultz until today. Tried to make a basic yearly physical which I thought was not a big deal. Top on the list was the yearly Pap smear and a breast exam. Their office opens at 8am and that is the time I was requesting for my appointment. For some reason I felt like I was getting a third degree on what kind of physical I wanted. What is so hard about understanding just a yearly Pap smear and breast exam. I told them I didn’t need any blood work done. The next thing was they could not do a Pap smear at 8:00am. I didn’t even ask why not. I was so put off by the office staff and this practice I told them I would find another doctor. I just wonder if Dr. Schulz knows hows her office is being run. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Shultz is great. Takes the time to actually listen. Wish I could find a Dr. like her here in Colorado.

I have been coming here since I was 16, she has been our family doc for many years and I don't have any problems with their office.

I moved to the southshore area in 2015. I found a Dr. fairly quick, but wasn't comfortable. Someone referred Dr. Shultz, so I called, and was able to schedule an appointment. I firmly believe you get what you give. Whether kindness, or respect. This office gives more than 110%. The ladies in office up front do their absolute best to help. The assistants, the nurses, are all compassionate & listen to the needs of their patients. Dr. Shultz is one of the last Doctors that listens & engages conversation WITHOUT LOOKING at the laptop!! Yes, I understand today's tech, but she takes your needs to heart, and guides you through the visit with accuracy, kindness as well. The office itself is like walking into someone's home. Clean, but not sterile looking. Depending on the season, it's always decorated for that time. Yes, all of us have not so good days, and sometimes mistakes happen, but corrected asap. This is the worst, most rude, front desk people I have ever encountered. I went here for about a year and I couldn’t take how rude they were anymore. The doctor is ok but they triple book appointments so if you would like to spend half your day here and be treated like garbage from the front desk, good luck to you.

Ginger the office manager never calls back, the front dssk is the worst, closed window and not very good with insurance billing, I had to have my insurance company call them to prove I had insurance after I was refused my appointment. Long wait just to see the assistant not the Doctor and she had no clue what she was doing had the wrong blood test done then assured us would would not be billed for their error sure enough we were billed again. Office staff is darn right rude and nasty. I was treated like an idiot when checking in. Guess their 1 month training program makes them smarter than me. Doctor Shultz is so-so. The only doc I have ever had that didn’t do basic exam (ears, throat, etc); she was very hands off. If you are a guy and you have guy issues, she won’t take a look either ????. If you like to wait 2 hours go to Dr Shultz If you want a doctor who has taken on too many patients and they walk in the door and say we are only seeing patients for 1 thing because we are so busy. Example: my father was in for a recheck for pneumonia and developed a new rash, so there one thing was to look at the rash, they wouldn't even listen to see if his lungs were clear, no blood work to check his white blood cell count. To me there is nothing good about this practice anymore.

Front office staff are horribly rude. Office phones are frequently turned over to answering service for hours at a time. Getting a sick appointment is impossible!

I have been going to Dr Shultz except when work changed insurances and I could not go. I was always upset when that happened. I trust her and she has always done the best in taking care of me. When they know what to do, they do it and if they don't, they send you to someone they trust who works in the proper specialty.
