My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Desmond since 2010 when we relocated to Ft. Myers. We absolutely love her. We each go every six months for a well exam. She answers all of our questions and does a very good exam. We have both had to have MOHS surgery and are so pleased that she has a MOHS surgery center right next door to the regular office. In a nut shell, we couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Desmond.

I went in for a skin cancer check and the PA did a small biopsy of a spot on my foot. I received a call 6 MONTHS LATER telling me there had been an oversight and I had a cancerous spot that had to be removed

After the dermatologist I went to for 32 years retired, I had to find a new one. I did some research and decided to try Dermatology Solutions. I was very impressed. The office is very well run, I did not wait very long to see the Doctor and Dr. Desmond was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a good dermatologist.

Very caring doctor and spends time talking to you and explaining any issues. I would highly recommend her.

I have just recently had dr Desmond operate on two skin cancers, one on my leg & one on my face, beside my ear lobe. I am 100% pleased, with both the process/procedure & the results. Dr Desmond is a very talented dr & I consider myself fortunate indeed to be in her care. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone requiring a professional dermatologist. I've seen Dr. Desmond for the past four years. She first agreed to see me on a walk-in basis when I was afraid I had the very beginning of shingles. She quickly and carefully diagnosed shingles and gave me a prescription. As a result, it was "nipped in the bud" and an easy case. Since then I've seen her for a thorough annual exam. She identified a basal cell carcinoma and completed the surgery to take care of it. I trust Dr. Desmond's judgment and expertise!

In fairness I did not see Dr. Desmond but a very young woman doctor. She did a cursory glance at my arm, ask some questions, said she didn't know what it was, gave a prescription and that was it. Unfortunately, she did not give a refill date until ??? because it just stated, not available for refill. Even the pharmacist was surprised because it's not a large tube of cream.
