Wouldn't go to her again on a dare. Unreasonable wait times. "Processes" rather than treating clients. Focus on getting you in and getting you out. She may be a competent medical professional. But she is not high touch.

I was treated for a spot on the back of my leg, and there was a circular biopsy done. When the stitches were removed, I was not told to stay off the leg or any post care. Just a band aid, literally. No sooner did I walk out of the clinic did blood pour down my leg from the wound opening. Still not sure why we even took the stitches(yes I know that stitches can adhere to skin) out or why there wasn't another way to close this wound, even tho I have a nice scar from it.???? granted this was a few years ago, but I will never ever go back. Front desk scheduled an appointment but upon arriving at office was told there was no appointment scheduled. Patient's mother asked if patient could still be seen, and she said she was told "no." Upon asking Dr. Liu at the end of the day myself, she said she was not asked about seeing the patient. The patient's mother asked when the next available appointment was and was told next week; Dr. Liu told me there two openings the following morning. Patient was on spring break from Tennessee.

My daughter and I both went in to see Dr. Liu. She saw me first then I accompanied her to see my daughter. She did not seem interested in treating either of us and discounted everything I discussed with her from my Rosacea and lines to my daughter's growing mole on her face. When I asked her for information, she grabbed a paper towel to write on and provided little information. She spent very little time- A few minutes with each of us, no procedures and charged quite a bit.

Misdiagnosed basal cell carcinoma. Did not even look at the site in question up close and just dismissed it as nothing to worry about. Misdiagnosed acne and only wanted to make prescription and follow up appointment.
