Dr O’Malley is truly the best OBGYN I’ve ever been to. The wait time is never too long, her staff is wonderful and so helpful, D’onte is an amazing nurse & goes above and beyond to help. Dr O’Malley truly cares and is so kind and very well experienced. She is the most knowledgeable doctor and has the best beside manner. Dr. O’Malley is a wonderful and very knowledgeable woman. She is kind and very patient and she active listens to what medical problems you are dealing with.
Dr. O'Malley is a great physician. She is very knowledgeable and gave me good advice about how to take better care of my health. She has always been punctual for my visits and the staff at the front desk has been very kind and accommodating. The clinic was very clean and in a good location. Definitely recommend her.
While this was a good appointment, based on prior experience with other doctors, Dr. O'Malley conducted additional procedures that were unnecessary. In my opinion, these procedures increased insurance payouts.
Had a horrible experience. She made me take a lot of tests, that I did not even need, and later sent me a HUGE bill. Also, when I told my other doctor about the tests I took, she was shocked and said she is not following the federal guide lines. DO NOT GO TO HER
First off she was an HOUR late to my appointment. She didn't apologize or anything. She barely listened to my issues and was more interested in my baby that I brought with which by that point had had enough because she was missing her nap due to Dr. O'Malley being an hour late. She then suggested a procedure to help me and said her secretary would follow through with a day or two with pricing and she never called me back. I just checked my insurance and she charged me A RIDICULOUS amount.
