Dr . Reich saw me after I had been sick for almost 2 months misdiagnosed by my primary care doctor . She was very easy to talk to and she listened to me. There were tests done on me and put me on medication and took the time to get me into another for other issues I was having .

I went to my primary to resolve an issue with my throat and was referred to Dr. Reich. I am extremely grateful for the referral because now, I have an assurance and understanding of what is going on!

Great experience with Dr. Reich!! I had severe ear infection in both my ears for ears now. About a week ago I was recommended to see this practice and every since than I am a new person again. I've been a patient of Dr. Reich's for some time and I absolutely feel confident that she's one of the best! Today's visit included one where she also saw my 92 year old father in law and was able to have a hearing test administered and now he knows from a doctor, not just me, that he needs hearing aids! Dr. Reich was supportive, caring, clear and precise. Can't get any better than that if you want a competent doctor! Dr Reich was wonderful. She explained what she was going to do before she did anything. She was very professional!

I have been seeing Dr. Reich for a few years. She is a caring and competent expert in her field and she spends ample time with me at each visit. I trust her to the point that since moving, I choose to travel further just so I can see her. I highly recommend her.

Second visit to this ENT. Dr Reich showed up 45 minutes late for a 9am apt. No apology no apparent concern for my inconvenience. Proceeded to discuss with me if I would be interested in hearing aids. Apparently never looked at me or my chart as I have been wearing HA for the past month. Disappointed in the lack of attention to detail - multiple examples. I have found better customer service at Costco

Dr. Reich is an exceptional doctor and I have complete confidence in her ability to make a diagnosis. She uses her time to establish a good rapport and is very attentive. I have had all positive feedback from anyone whom I have recommended. It is clear that she cares about her patients!

Dr. Reich is very professional. Dr. Reich explained what was going on in my sinus and she answered all my questions. She recommended allergy tests and another test which helped her fully evaluate my problem. I have seen her multiple times while she was treating me for my sinus problem. Each visit was informative and her examination was thorough. She did help me improve my sinus health. I would recommend her to others.

Dr Reich treated a family member who suffering from throat discomfort. She was seen twice and even called Dr. Reich when treatment was clearly not working. I ended up taking my family member to the ER after seeing that the situation had gotten out of control under Dr. Reich's care. Dr Reich never followed up with her patient. She did not address the fact that the initial treatment was clearly not working and in my opinion she put her patient at risk for complications.

I am one of those people that has high expectations, particularly when it comes to my medical care, and Dr. Reich not only delivers but far exceeds on them. Dr. Reich is always great - not just pleasant to speak with, but genuinely makes checkups and interventions more than tolerable. Ever-smiling and with a genuine interest in the well-being of her patients, Dr. Reich is one of the best physicians I've ever had.
