I absolutely love Dr. Sharda, because of her we found out my mom's heart value was nearly closed. When we went to her my mom was super sick but her thorough evaluation and her humble recommendations to seek the specialist needed helped guide my mom to the correct dr's who found the problem. 6 months later my mom is healthy, stronger and happy. My only complaint is getting a hold of her through telephone or video consumes extremely too much time. On one occasion I was on hold for 45 mins to later be told I would get a call back which I never did. Her appointments at times start an hour after the scheduled time, have not had one appointment start on time. We have considered finding another Dr for my mom because the time consumed in reaching her is too long and almost always unsuccessful. I am very thankful for Dr. Sharda but when my mom is in need of help waiting 45-1hr just to leave a message with no call back is poor patient care. one time is understood not every time.

Had to go to emergency room because Dr. Sharda office wouldn't see me or even consult over the phone. Been running fever for over 7 days. I feel because I am never sick and see her maybe once a year. Recent phone call today the nurse hung up on me or accidentally disconnected me when I said this was unexceptional and maybe I need to find a new doctor. You would I thought she would of called back. I am very disappointed on the whole thing considering I really liked Dr. Sharda.

Dr. Sharda's bedside manners were polite but seems like they are running a business here! Two experiences myself and my daughters'.... we both went for our routine annual checkups and have been sent invoices! We have a fairly good insurance plan that covers our annuals 100%....reason being when asked about my general health i said there are occasional body aches (answered only when asked in order to update general health history)... that it seems makes my annual visit a sick visit ! similarly my daughter said that she does get occasional headaches ... she's a student and gets headaches when she doesnt get enough sleep !!!! and then this gets billed as a sick visit! Mind you we were not in the office with any complaints!!! not sure if the doctor is to be blamed here or the practice.... when repeatedly calling the office for an explanation and having fought with the insurance as to why i was having to pay i was informed by the office that the doctor has put it as a sick visit!

Dr Sharda takes her time to ask about your concern. Very comfortable to talk to and staff were so friendly! Highly recommend

I have to say that Dr. Sharda is a doctor that really cares about her patients, she is one of a kind. She makes sure that you are comfortable with her the staff and will answer any question you may have, as a matter of fact she will ask you several times "are you sure do you have any questions". Dr. Sharda is a caring, patient and intelligent doctor. She likes numbers and wants to see blood work and urinalysis to guide her decisions. I really like her and feel she listens to my concerns. Very pleased by service and her timing during office visits.

Horrible doctor and staff. She cares only about money and will order unnecessary testing to make money. Her nurse is the horrible person like the doctor. Insurance send them the request for the prescription 2 weeks ago and doctor office did not bother to respond at all. When i received letter from insurance that prescription was not filled I called doctors office and nurse lies to me that they did not get any request from insurance. Still waiting for this horrible people to send the prescriptio
