Zero concern for patients care. Don't waste your time
She will see you after a 2 hour wait. I submitted paperwork a week ago, and was told 1-7 days for it to be completed. I called this morning asking about it, and got a phone call in return telling me that I had to be seen for the paperwork to be completed. They went a full week (when the paperwork was supposed to be due) without telling me that I needed to book an appointment in order to have it filled out. Basine herself is nice but the communication between patients and the women at the front is horrific.
Appt was at 8. Walked in with the receptionist. Everyone that came in after me went back before me. I was a new patient, so I get it to a point because of paperwork, but even people that showed up after I was do e with paperwork still went back before me. I left at 9:05. Got a call at 9:15 telling me it's my turn. I I formed her my appt was at 8, not 9, so I had to go.
I really do not understand why so many people are complaining. Dr. Bhasin is a more than competent psychiatrist who is patient, kind, and takes time to answer questions. Her staff are all professional and pleasant. I was truly impressed with her and her staff.

We have seen Dr. Bhasin numerous times. She is extremely good at her job and is very caring. She takes the time to listen and has been very helpful. We are very satisfied with the care we have been receiving all these years.
Quite simply the worst excuse for a medical front office I have ever experienced. I don't know why they even have phones in the office. They will NEVER answer them or return calls, no matter how urgent.
At first everything was going great! I had no issues at all but then suddenly I am having my calls ignored, messages left not being returned, prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy. I have 2 charges on my account as “no shows” where I had telemed appointments and nobody ever called me and calls to the office went unanswered! I stay behind on my prescriptions because they won’t answer calls and won’t send prescriptions in on time! I now know that they can see what patients are calling!!! Makes me believe the front desk is screening calls and won’t answer certain patients! I am now actively looking for another doctor to take over my care! The NPs and Dr Bhasin herself have been wonderful but their front desk staff are going to hurt their practice a great deal! At first everything was going great! These ladies go ABOVE and Beyond every day. My granddaughter was an emergency patient last week and they did nothing short of making sure she felt comfortable and heard while she was there.

The staff was very nice and helpful! Dr. Bhasin was very informative and put me in the right direction. Highly Recommend
My grandson was referred to this Dr. First bad thing is that we waited 2 hours without being told anything. She wasn’t even there! Second, when she finally got there and saw my grandson he filled her in on his background. He was having a terrible time with anxiety and depression and needed a professional to talk to and hopefully help. He came out from seeing her after about 5 minutes with tears in his eyes. Come to find out she listened to him, I guess for 5 minutes. She then promptly told him that she couldn’t help him, that he had made terrible decisions in his young life. He was in mental pain and all she did was break him down and make it worse. Would never recommend her! How about bedside manners?!?

She's been there for me, even after I was unable to continue my visits for about 8 months. That means a lot to me. In the past 20+ years I can name a few doctors that would either seem to want to start all over if you missed one appointment, much less multiple ones. They would always seem to be a little distant after any kind of interruption. Dr. Bhasin seemed to pick up right where I left off, she treated me like I had just been there. Staff and doctor here are extremely excellent .
Unfortunately this practice is failing at patient care tremendously. Without going into full detail, I reached out on multiple occasions and left voicemails which were not returned. Due to this, a medication that Dr. Bhasin initiated the previous visit was not sent, and I was without medication for 2 weeks. I suffered terrible withdrawals. Thankfully it was not severe enough to seek inpatient treatment, and managed with the help of the providers that I work for. Psych is not a type of practice that should leave their patients without medication or have lack of communication and open the window for multiple potentially life threatening consequences. Since then, I have found another provider who has been on top of my needs and never once failed to return my call. I hope no one else at this practice has to suffer the way I did while under the care of Dr. Bhasin. Unfortunately this practice is failing at patient care tremendously. Completely unreasonable and unhelpful! Dr. Deepti Bhasin came in the room and literally gave me one option and that was to self-admit myself into the hospital to Completely detox from all anxiety and depression meds while being monitored for heart attacks and stroke and then have TMS therapy with no guarantee of outcome due to pituitary tumor and genetic predisposition to anxiety disorder and depression! Literally wrote a prescription for my medication that doesn't exist. These people are absolutely hacks. Normally I am prescribed a 12.5 dosage which I've struggled to get filled normally. They tried pulling a fast one right at the end of the day and wrote me a prescription for a dosage that doesn't exist. The lady who wrote and signed it is not a doctor or physicians assistant. Dr Bhasin is very intelligent, and is compassionate about each, and every patient she has. She goes above and beyond, and makes sure the treatment she recommends works for her patient. Her staff is very accommodating, and pleasant.
No compassion. Unable to make appts due to anxiety attacks. Dropped me. Also never asked or would take copay untill I received a bill for almost 790.00! 250 of them were no show for appointments that I canceled 24 hours in advance. Was told I was getting medication and therapy set up by the doctor. Never set up any appointments or sent meds for me, even when I called I was told it was done and it was never done. But I sure paid almost $1000 for these appointments just to get no help from staff or doctor.
If you’re gonna start a psychiatrist, never never never go here, you see different people every appointment and also since I’m on Medicaid since I’m mentally disabled and and when I went there for my last appointment they never told me they quit taking Medicaid till when I got there so the appointment was set up for nothing.
I had to leave this doctor because of the front desk staff and lack of communication.
These people were wonderful when I was stationed in GA! Understanding, kind, and always willing to listen. I'm very thankful for the women who helped me here, because it made me a better mother to my children during my depression. Blessings. ❤
We’ve had 3 appointments for my son and have yet to see the Dr. Bashin, YET, I have a bill saying they were the “provider” and charging $250 each. Not sure if this is even legal seeing as how we’ve never met. I’ve left messages and called but, no call back ever.

I’ve struggled with my mental health for years and the weight of past traumas affecting my every day life. I’ve seen several mental health physicians in the past but none of them have helped me to the degree that Dr. Bhasin has. She’s introduced healthy ways to cope with what I’ve experienced, healthy perspective shifts, as well as prescribing what she thinks is the best suited medication for me, which has helped tremendously. She’s so personable and hands down the most caring, genuine mental health physician I’ve ever known. From the bottom of my heart I am forever grateful for her and will recommend her to anyone in need of a psychiatrist. Normally I have issues being constantly sent to an answering machine with this office; and like others am no stranger to unfriendly staff. The nurse practitioners and Dr. Bhasin are all amazing and truly care about you as well as a few nurses. But, I have received my fair share of unfriendly nature from a good many front desk workers and a few nurses. I had to clear up some college things and needed some documentation from Dr. Bhasin and was prepared to send another message but was pleasantly surprised to be answered by a person. Courtney helped me and was extremely kind and diligent in helping understand my needs and getting the information in to get to Dr. Bhasin. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a doctors office and earned this office a 5 star rating despite past experiences and wait times. This office has traumatized my niece. I would not send anyone I cared about to this office. The office staff is rude and totally unprofessional. We cannot even get our records to see someone else. We have a child in crisis and not only will she not help, she won't release our records to see someone else. Do not go to see her!!!!
Worst Experience Ever!! Save yourself some time and money !! Rude front office, wait 3 hours to see the Dr!!
Everytime we come we either wait 2 hrs or 3hrs with out even seeing the doctor! Too much patients there at the same time to see one doctor. The doctors in middle Georgia suck! She came highly recommended so I had a lot of hope at first. After a few appointments, I realized she’s not listening to me at all. She fixated on my insomnia and did nothing to help my anxiety or depression. She’s messed up my doses or just wouldn’t send the prescriptions in so I would go days without essential medicine. Before telehealth, I would have to wait one or two hours in an uncomfortable waiting room, with a bad back to make it worse, only to talk to her for ten minutes. I never felt like I had her full attention. Now with telehealth, she just gets her nurses to do the appointments. I’m paying $50 for these appointments, and I don’t even get to see a doctor, haven’t seen her in four months. Yesterday I had a bad reaction to a new medication the nurse prescribed and can’t get a hold of anyone. The receptionist left a message but no one’s called. Don’t see Dr. Bhasin,. I wish I could rate Dr. Bhasin with no stars. My experience with her consisted of a not even 10 min zoom meeting at nearly $300 and 2 months of a new med. When the 2 months was nearly up and it was time to refill, I couldn’t get through to the office, no one returned my voicemail, and the office staff had no clue how to help since her visits via zoom are separate from her seeing patients in the office. I could understand if the medication was a controlled substance, but it was an antidepressant for crying out loud!! Dealing with her office was frustrating because they are not trained in any part of her facetimed visits and Dr, Bhasin could care less for her patients!! I had an teleconference appointment scheduled for the 9th. I received no confirmation, so I called that morning to confirm I had an appointment. They called me back the next day to let me know that I had no appointment scheduled at all; the receptionist did not book my follow up. They set an appointment for 2:15 that day, and called me at 2:45. I missed their call by literally 15 seconds, and my call was sent to voicemail. They left me a voicemail a couple days later saying they sent in a refill for my prescriptions- which would have been great if they sent the right prescriptions to the correct pharmacy. I called to ask what the sent to be refilled, and they got back to me several days later to tell me what they sent. I told them that wasn't right, and they said they would have to talk to the nurse and I requested they call me back at a specific time. They apparently have no proper record of what is prescribed. I made an teletherapy appointment and someone from the office called me to get my copay and proceeded to tell me that someone else would call me to tell me how to set up the video chat or telephone call. I waited about 30 minutes after my scheduled time and called the office to ask what was going on. I was told there was an emergency and someone will call me later. No one called me later. I shouldn’t have to call to keep seeing what is going on. I ended up calling the next day asking for my copay back but was told I could just make another appointment and not have to pay again. So I did that. I got a call from a PA there who asked me a ton of questions and said she will consult with Dr. Bhasin. I also told this PA about my diagnosis and oodles of bloodwork I had done in the past to get said diagnosis. Dr. Bhasin then called me and said “you need to get more in depth blood work done. Call your endocrinologist.” I tell her they won’t see me without a referral and she tells me to call my Gyno and get “basic bloodwork” done there. (Long story short, I’ve had a TON of bloodwork done from my Gyno and my endocrinologist. That’s why my Gyno sent me to Dr. Bhasin because my issue was not being resolved with them). I call my Gyno and speak to a nurse and she is completely confused as to why I’m asking for bloodwork to be done. She explains to me that a lab order should of been sent, “basic bloodwork” means nothing to them if they don’t know what to test. So I call Dr. Bhasin’s office again and say that I need a lab order. The front desk lady tells me she will let her know and get it sent. It’s been WEEEEEKSSS. I’m so happy I paid money for absolutely nothing. *sarcasm* Literally a complete waste of my time. It truly does suck that I’ve been spending months and months of my life to try and figure out what’s going on and I finally feel like I may be getting somewhere then I’m sent to a place that doesn’t give a flying flip about me nor cares to do their job. I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bhasin for psychiatry. I was called the first time and they received their $50 copay first. I was called a second time to be advised that Dr. Bhasin was behind schedule. I was called a third time and a very nice nurse, I believe, took my psychiatric history and then I was told that Dr. Bhasin would talk to me shortly. This was a 3 hour waste of my time. My appointment was a 0945 and I did not talk to her until almost 1230, ONLY to be told that my case was too complicated to be handled via telepsych and that I would need to make an appointment in office. I received an email with a 2 day follow-up appointment. First off I NEVER got the first appointment, unless they determine that a 5 minute conversation with a provider counts as a visit. Well today 10/21/2020 was the appointment. I contacted the office and verified my appointment and was told that Dr. Bhasin had not made it to the office yet. Approximately 5-10 minutes prior to my appointment I receive another call stating that Dr. Bhasin was not going to be in the office and that I would have to wait an additional 2 weeks to receive an appointment. I told them that I would find another provider and that the way I had been treated was ridiculous. A one star rating is too good for this practice. I do NOT recommend using this practice whatsoever. Don’t waste your time with this office! I was referred to Dr. Bhasin’s office with a warning that their front office can be non-responsive and hard to get an appointment with. Luckily, I got a quick first appt...and paid the minimum one hour for Dr. Bhasin to rush me off the telehealth video call after only TWELVE minutes. Still, I felt like she was listening to me and my healing could begin. 6 months later, many issues with the office, and only the one video visit with Dr. Bhasin herself, my medications still aren’t straightened out so that we can move into the medication management phase. At my last appt, I requested to speak to the doctor, not another PA or nurse, yet the nurse called me and told me she can’t help me with medication adjustments and that I’d have to make ANOTHER appointment to talk to Dr. Bhasin about medication! This was my 4th appt but the nurse said their notes showed my appt was only for a medication refill (who pays for an entire appt to call and get a refill???). When I said the meds weren’t working and we were still trying to adjust them, she again said I needed to make another appt - she said she was unable to speak to Dr. Bhasin on my behalf, though she was the one assigned to my appointment! Also, during the call the nurse (or front desk receptionist, I’m not sure which because they didn’t identify themselves as such) I was advised that they don’t do telehealth appts, of which all of my appts have been, and when I informed her that I’ve been around multiple covid positive patients and my spouse is an EMT handling covid patients regularly, she told me I’d have to still come into the office and would have to call my insurance company to find out if they could approve an appt, that they “don’t call insurance companies on your behalf” like all of my other doctors do, and they HAVE done for my prior appts. Phone calls always immediately go to voicemail that only allows you to leave a message for a return call “within 24-48 hours, which is problematic when your appt is the next day. The runaround at this place is ridiculous and it’s evident that patient care is NOT a top priority. The office almost never returns calls (I’ve had I think 2 returned called out of 6 in the past 6 months), they seem utterly discombobulated all the time as if they don’t have access to your medical records, and it apparently takes an act of Congress to actually talk to the psychiatrist, even when you’re a new patient. Rest assured you will pay for the cost of seeing the doctor, even if a nurse or tech calls you, though! Please don’t waste your time and energy on this practice. I have seen Dr. Bhasin through telehealth twice and I thought things were going smoothly. However, after scheduling my third appointment it was either rescheduled or cancelled three separate times. When it finally came to be the day of my appointment I waited at my computer from 11:20 to 12:00 for my 11:30 appt. I received a text saying that the provider was looking over my information and would be with me shortly, then at 12:00 the appointment was abruptly cancelled by the provider before she ever got on the call. I was in tears. I called the office and the voicemail said they were on a lunch break, so I assume that is why my appointment was cancelled with no warning. I called the office again at 3:00 just to ask if they could refill my prescription since they cancelled my appointment and I had run out of my medication. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about when I said that I had a virtual appointment and said that I wasn’t even a patient there. Was assigned to Dr Bhasin via Amwell. Paid 269$ out of pocket for a 9 minute visit. She listened for the most part- and so I thought she understood what I was saying. I have a previous diagnosis- I just needed to talk with a psychiatrist to get back on certain medications and/or have them altered. When I read the after-visit summary- she apparently did not understand what I said. A lot of the information I provided during the visit- was written incorrectly in her report. I have been seeing Dr. Bhasin since 2017 and have honestly received the best psychiatric care I have ever had in my life. I however have a strong distrust of her staff. They almost never answer the phone, hardly ever return calls in a timely manner (or at all), and I can never trust them to call in refills in a correct or timely manner. I was even told by a staff member to “stop calling” because I was “tying up the phone lines”. The reason I was calling in the first place was because it had been nearly 2 weeks since my appointment time and my medication had not even been called in. I would honestly go elsewhere if Dr. Bhasin wasn’t as good a doctor as she is.
I wouldn't want anyone else's child to be treated the way my family has. Please read all the reviews. You will see a common thread. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and the Dr. Does not seem to care at all about what the patient is experiencing. She does not appear to have a grasp of mental health issues and offers no helpful solutions. But she is very interested in making sure she gets her more expensive fees.
Dr. Bhasin and the other providers are great. The problem is their office staff. I've never seen a more disrespectful group of individuals at a practice. Avoid this office if you can!
DO NOT TRY TO FIND HELP HERE. This horrible excuse for a doctor somehow stalked my Facebook page (which is set to friends only and she's not on there) after being nearly 2 hours late for a virtual appointment and found my post looking for other psychiatrists in the area (due to her always messing up my work schedule and making my anxiety worse), then calls me and says she's terminating my care. Throughout the past 2 years, I have been to the Macon Office as well as the Warner Robins one, and every single time, the staff have been unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. The doctor herself will make you wait over an hour and only see you for 5 minutes, and charges high prices. I have exhausted every possibility of trying to make this work, but instead of being professional, she's stalking my Facebook page while making me wait past my appointment time and sees something that she shouldn't be able to. She's also threatened to get involved with my work before because "she knows people there."
Has done excellent for me. Made a difference in a short period of time. Easy and convenient visits. Would recommend to anyone.
I would not recommend her to anyone. Way over medicated me, a pharmacist had to step in. Made me feel awful about my gender identity. Would not tell me what any of the medications were for or the side effects. Could never get an appointment and when I did the wait times would be awful, sometimes I would be there from 8 am til closing.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Bhasin should have her license revoked. She REPEATEDLY broke HIPAA, didn't listen to me at all, ignored my messages, took me off of all helpful medications I was on, put me on medicines that interact negatively with my diagnosis, and changed my diagnosis. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!! In every appointment I had to repeat myself over and over and she still misunderstood what I was telling her. I have seen many psychiatrists and I have never seen one as incompetent as her.
Dr Bhasin is an excellent diagnostician. A very caring doctor who literally saved my life. This was a long time ago when the office staff was horrible. Many times I thought of leaving the practice due to the office staff. Finally they hired a new office manager and office staff. A world of difference. They are very professional. They answer the phone and help resolve your issues. They are kind and caring.

Over books appointments. Constant staff turnover. Piss poor staff.
The wait times make no sense. I’m always waiting past my appointment times for at least 30 minutes. This is very unprofessional. When I do see a care provider, she is terse and seems uncaring.
I have personally seen the horrible office staff service with 2 relatives and a friend. There is no excuse for getting wrong prescriptions written, and no empathy or concern for the patient especially in the this line of medical treatment.
Also, I want to say that, even though I was charged 35 dollars for missing an appointment, these people WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAILS!! I understand wasting the doctors time, but this is absolutely ridculous . The people here ONLY WORK MONDAY THROUGH THUSRDAY. Then they wonder "oh boo hooh I can't work longer than monday-thurday call 911 if you have a problem." I'm telling this business whay the patients think. The patients here are people with issues, working class or stay at home mom's with children that need help. Get real. DONT CHARGE PEOPLE A FINE IF YOU CAN ONLY WORK 4 DAYS A WEEK! ITS PATHETIC AND JUST PLAIN RUDE. This place used to be so much better. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the WORST doctors office I’ve ever been to. The front desk is always rude and never helps with simple questions. The nurses never call you back if you call about medicine or anything in that nature. I waited two hours just for them to tell me the doctor wasn’t in that a nurse would refill my medicine. I went to her for help with my add (attention deficit disorder) anxiety. Especially about bad weather. I didnt go one day due to a tornado warning and a tornado hit walmart which was near my house and they charged me a 32.00 no show. How can you charge me for something that effects my anxiety. They lost my business and my respect. I have heard from other patients that she put them on too much medication and they stopped going to her. Deepti is a good doctor but her front office staff are completely incompetent borderline scam artists. They never answer the phones or return voicemails left, which is problematic especially if you’re trying to cancel and reschedule an appointment. And because they don’t answer, you end up getting a no show and then have to pay the 35$ fee for a missed appointment. I have been a self pay patient for years($150 a visit)and have seen Dr. Bhasin once. I see someone different every visit. While I will say that the NP i met with was cordial, the staff has not been. This past month I was called the day before my appointment to collect payment over the phone and the next day for my 8:30 appointment there was no consideration and was literally on hold for a teleconference for over an hour in which my phone died. After said appointment they are supposed to send my prescriptions to pharmacy which informed me the PRESCRIPTION WAS WRONG qty. They have called prescriber with no return call(over 24hours now) and i have not been able to get anyone on the phone besides a nurse who told me yesterday this would be fixed and resent. Guess what. It hasn’t and no one answers the phone nor is there a way to leave a message. I feel as an established patient I should matter. Had an appointment in June that was made three months prior. So in june they placed a new policy no longer taking my insurance. They wanted me to pay out of pocket. My appointment was made prior to the new policy.
Dr. Bhasin and Audi are genuinely good providers. I left because of the office staff. They're terrible. I called 4 times in 2 weeks because I was in urgent need to see someone. I never got anyone. You cannot neglect psychiatric patients that way!!
I've been going to the office since 2016. I've seen a sharp decline in their customer service in the last year. The wait times have become horrendous. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone, or to call you back. Sometimes the voice mail is so full you can't even leave a message. I feel like they have more patients than they can actually handle and not enough staff. That being said, I love Audra Davis. I always feel like she takes time and listens to everything I have to say and works with me to make the best choices for my care. I've been going to the office since 2016. Great Doctor & P.A. They are very busy, so it takes a while to get in as a new patient.
Dr. Bhasin and her staff are amazing. Definitely recommend her. This was my first time with them. My appointment went overtime, and they were all so understanding and patient about it. Loved them!!
Angela King- Dr. Bahsin, Audra Davis, and Brittany (TMS) have been amazing, kind, and so understanding through some of the hardest times. They have always listened with such care and compassion. The changes in the front office staff have been incredible. They have all been very helpful and accommodating.
I was referred here by a friend and when I was in desperate need of some help. Dr. Bhasin and her NP Audra both seen me on my initial visit. I was emotional to say the least, and I know they both spent at least an hour with me. Dr. Bhasin asked questions I had never even been asked by other providers. She not only started me back on the medication I needed but enlisted additional help besides medication. I had a referral for psychotherapy and an appointment for additional testing with a psychologist. Meeting these two made me feel like my feelings were important and that I wasn’t irrational. The staff has been great. I live about an hour away and am not always on time. As long as I’m in that 15 minute wind I’m good as anyone else would be. If I think that I will be late I give them a call ahead of time to let them know. The two times I’ve called for such occasions they either told me I would need to reschedule and could see the nurse if I needed a refill or let me know that it was ok to come on I could be seen. Overall I am satisfied with my care here and would recommend if you need to see a psychiatrist this is the place to go. - now on to all the complaints that I have see here- The biggest complaint I have seen on these reviews is the “Wait time” or “ over booking”. Clearly these people have not visited their primary provider in a while. As wait times such as these are normal in almost any healthcare setting. Second, Clearly they do not and have not worked in a healthcare facility. Most all doctors offices do indeed double and triple book time slots. Some clients were upset because they had to reschedule, they are just upset because they were late. During my most recent appointment I saw at least 3 notifications of need to reschedule if you were more than 15 minutes late. The same thing applies to almost every doctors office out there. When you are reading reviews take some with a grain of salt. Look and see why the review was negative? Is it a legitimate reason or are they just upset that the rules didn’t get bent for them? I have only been seeing Dr. Bhasin for a approximately 6 months. She is an excellent physician. I must say my first two appointments dealing with her staff was very concerning. Being a new patient and just moved to the area I was getting ready to find another doctor. However, once they hired all new Staff members it has been a complete change. The new Staff is professional and very helpful. Also when you leave a message they return your phone calls. The experience has been great ever since.
Seeing Dr. Bhasin 3yrs. Was difficult but new staff has changed everything

To long wait. No attention to what is going on. Will diagnose you in less that 15 min.
Disrespectful to patient wait time. Poor management. Expect a long wait time and nothing to be done about it.
Waited THREE HOURS for a 5 minute conversation with Dr. Bhasin. Since then I've been waiting months for a single letter request that has yet to materialize. The office is messy, the staff is rude and overworked, and Dr. Bhasin has no care for her patients.
Was led to believe that my secondary insurance would cover the cost of TMS that my primary did not. Charges were not submitted to CHAMP VA until after I stopped the treatments. Two months later, I received a bill for over $1700.
Another patient lost due to the rudeness of the front office staff! Who is supposed to be training these people?? don't waste your time! I took my dad here for over 2 years: the front desk staff are always rude and less than helpful. the wait times are extreme. Dr. Bhasine is actually a great doctor, but that's IF you ever get to see her. (and you won't) 99% of the time you will see her PA, Jennifer Holland. she is the worst excuse for a medical "professional" you will ever meet. professional is the LAST word I would use to describe her. if you have side effects to your meds, she will straight up say you are just "dramatic". if your meds aren't helping, YOU are the problem. she doesn't even try to help and she makes the patients feel like they are a huge inconvenience. this facility has been NO help to my dad at all. it's just sad. don't waste your time! The absolutely the worst experience I've ever went through in my life. Never did see the Doctor. complete mayhem!
Worst doctors office staff in the universe. Dr. Bhasin lowered my mother’s medication (cymbalta) and then didn’t call in the refills. The pharmacy called this office 5 days in a row and left messages for them to call back. . I then called them myself and the lady from Dr Bhasin’s office said she would call them right when we got off the phone. Well- it is Friday now and her office is closed and my mother is out of medication that you can’t just stop taking. So now we have to find a primary care doctor at noon on Friday to write her a prescription for 30 mg of Cymbalta. This is so bad that they treat patients this way. Dr. Bhasin, has really disappointed me as a Psychiatrist. I thought they were here to help you get through your problems, but her and staff are the worst especially her staff. They lie for her and make things very miserable for the patients that really have problems. I recently was dismissed from her practice due to a break down that I had. I had left several messages with her office and they did returned one of the call, but without results. I then called again without a returned call and finally I went to the office to let them know that I needed to speak with Dr. Bhasin was told that My message was high on the priority without response. One week later, when I had an appointment. after two hours later waiting for my scheduled appointment, when she finally came in the room, she wanted to know what was the problem , I told her that I had left an message for her to return the called and she then tells me that she was on vacation. That should have prompted your staff to give me to someone that's left in charge of the office while you are on vacation ( or as forestated that lie for her) . Then I proceeded to let her know that she has to many people for this practice and somebody is going to be neglected, (which I feel that her non response was total negligence). She proceeded to tell me the reason that she has so many patient because she is that good. Well i was taken aback with the answer and she suggested that maybe it will be good for me to see another doctor and she suggested that she will refer me to the Phoenix center (who does not take Tricare Patient). I have not seen a referral as of yet. She gave me meds and dismissed me without making sure that I was properly referred. Where is my Referral Dr. Bhasin? I am completely unsatisfied with the level of service I have received from DR.Bhasin’s office. The office never returns phone calls. My son has medications that he needs refilled on a monthly basis and this requires a prescription. I had to drive all the way to the Drs office just for the lady at the counter to be rude when I explained my situation. She told me that no one is manning the phones. Long wait to get an appointment. Long time in the waiting room.
Very nice doctor and PA. But you will be herded like cattle and they will always be anxious to get you on your way, but will try very hard not to act like it. You will hardly ever get a live body on the phone. Almost always an answering machine, and, like the situation I was put in, I cancelled my appointment but was still charged because they did not answer the phone so I could leave a message. Then, I have to pay because they'll put it on your credit. You are probably going to get better, cheaper service by going to Phoenix. Very nice doctor and PA.
