Thank you Dr. Chandler. You saw something on my husbands exray that we brought to our doctors attention. They found two bumps on Scott's thyroid. Even the radiologist said you must have great eyes to spot it. We'll be getting a biopsy soon . Just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Dr Chandler herself was blatantly disrespectful when I asked if they took military insurance over the phone. expressing her frustration in relevance to her past experiences getting the VA to pay her clinic (which has never been a problem for any other clinic) , she made broad statements that were untrue and overall was unprofessional which I would never start to expect from a doctor, nor someone who I would give my business too. Dr. Chandler has treated me successfully in the past with several spinal issues. Due to relocating to the Rogers area I stopped going as I should. Recently, due to continued problems with an old injury she had successfully treated me for in the past, I decided to come back to her for an evaluation. After one visit she had confirmed everything my MRI results had shown and come up with a treatment plan. I am happily making the drive to Siloam from Rogers as I know she will have me back to where I can continue the active lifestyle I want and need without prescription medication or surgery. She is truly the best Chiropractor I have ever worked with! I highly recommend her as a skilled, experienced, professional Chiropractic Doctor.

So my wife went here to take care of a problem she had for years. The chiropractor tells her the bones are locked and she’ll have to keep visiting to take care of the problem. The doc couldn’t adjust her at all that day. We now live in South Bend Indiana and visited our old chiropractor. Within seconds of the visit he new exactly what the problem was and within 2 minuets made the adjustments. She feels much better now. Chandler Chiropractic turned into a bad experience for us. Originally we were told our insurance company would cover costs with a 10 dollar co pay. We gave them All our insurance information two weeks before the appointment. in spite of this when we arrived for our appointment they had not checked with insurance and did not know how much it would cost. It was not until after the appointment they informed us that our insurance was not covered and that the bill for the first visit would be 150. This was a shock to us. We did pay the bill in full because we had completed the appointment. When we called to pay our bill they were short with us and rude. Because of their lack of research and lack of interest in whether or not our insurance company would have to pay it, and because of their rudeness in spite of us paying full costs, we will not be going back and we will not be recommending. I've had issues with my back, neck, shoulder and elbow for years. Went to 4 different chiropractors and each one done something different and no answers or relief. Just requested I take 800 mg of ibuprophen every 4 hours and come back in 2 days. Finally a friend recommended her. When I first going I had sharp pains in my elbow, at night my arm would go numb. My back was always going out, hip constantly hurt. My first appointment she xrayed me. Well she seen why my body hurt all the time. No other Dr ever tried to see what was causing it. Once I started going and after 3 weeks, no pain, or numbness in my elbow. My back, neck, shoulder is 99% better. These are the nicest people. The office is very clean and has a friendly, relaxing feel. Dr. Chandler took x-rays and examined them before just monkeying around with my spine. She explained everything about subluxation and gave me a great pamphlet with even more info. I feel confident that she will be able to fix my neck and get me out of pain and active again. Near as I can tell the cost is reasonable. I have insurance so I don't know the exact cost... But my portion of pay is very inexpensive. These are the nicest people. I have been in chronic pain for more years than I care to tell. I went to chiropractor for years than I I received shots in my spine in 2 areas and quit. The damage to my spine in the last 5 years is horrfic. With Dr. C.I am seeing improvement after several weeks. As they say Rome wasn't built in a day. Nor will my neck and back be fixed in a day. However, I have more energy my balance is getting better and my mood is definetly better. I have hope for the future and not living in so much pain . I'm not in pain 100% 24 hours a day now . Its still there but I see small differences everyday. I have never been one to let the pain stop me on most days. I just accepted it as life. Dr. Chandler is the only Chiropractor I know, as well as experienced, who uses Advanced Therapy Techniques before her spinal adjustments on each person. These techniques add much to help relieve the painful tension carried in my neck due to my scoliosis. She also cares a lot about Veterans and doesn't mind working with the VA Hospital's terms of service. She also has a very caring professional staff.
