This dental practice is very professional and thorough with all the photos and detailed testing. Dr. Rolfes, his assistant, Brooke, Hygienist Tina, and the women at the reception area were all very personable and accommodating.

For many years I have had a great experience with Dr Pieczynski and her staff. They are friendly, informative, professional, up to date with the equipment and very clean. After my initial visit at this corporate dental office, I quickly realized I just can’t switch to another dentist even if it’s cheaper. I had an emergency situation and was recomended to your practice by Dr. Rick Huot, a retired local dentist and tennis friend of mine. I appreciate the timely visit I was offered for May 17 and the services provided by Matthew Rolfes DMD and his associate, Brooke. They detected the problem I was having with tooth #30, provided me with an invoice for the cost ($302) of that visit, the cost of a treatment ($3488), and a prescription for amoxicilon to get rid of the infection under the cap on #30. A follow up appointment for June 14 for treatment was made for me. While we waited for the novacaine to numb the area around and underneath #30 yesterday, I was given a revised invoice by Brooke for ($6650)--almost double the original amount. I was SHOCKED...luckily already in a prone position. Your staff and facility are top-drawer. I have not had to wait for either visit. Dr. Rolfes narration as we progressed with the treatment was helpful. His follow-up call last evening expressing his concerns about possible bleeding and pain I was experiencing was most welcome.

Dr. Rolfes, Dr. Pie's new partner, just replaced a wornout crown for me. He had to numb me twice and you will NOT believe it but neither one hurt at all - nada, zip, nothing! That's never happened to me before. On top of that, the color match to my real teeth is amazing! He and his assistant Brooke have a great eye. I have been going to Dr. Denise Pieczynski for nearly 25 years I’d say and she and her staff are beyond amazing and they became like family to me and my whole family . Recently she added to her already amazing talented staff by adding Dr. Matthew Rolfes to her practice and today I had the pleasure of meeting him and his assistant Brooke they both got to see the real Mary Ann personality lol ???? both on purpose and not ???????????? so to say the least they have amazing personalities. Dr Rolfes and his assistant Brooke were kind, gentle, caring and compassionate on my first visit to them. Dr. Rolfes carefully explained each step I was experiencing and asked me several time if I had questions or comments. He seemed ready to listen to me. His work was effective and swift. I have had no problems since.

Excellent care from the first phone call with Julie until I exited the building! The staff is amazing and truly makes you feel like you are the most important person they are taking care of. Dr. Pieczynski excels at her work. It is wonderful to actually talk to the doctor and plan your care together. She really listens!
