Attentive good bed side manner

He is kind and really listens to you.

I would not send my worst enemy to Harden. He let my husband die 13 years ago. I don't know how he got out of medical school.

Dr. Harden was great. Unfortunately, I had to go somewhere else because the staff was horrible. In particular, the ones who answer the phone. Every organization has periodic bad days but staff there were consistently rude every single time I called.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Harden for many years. I have been a patient for four. Everytime we call to get an appointment, the front desk staff is extremely rude. We are always put on hold for long periods of time. When we finally get someone on the phone we cant get an appointment. He sold out to Piedmont and now his office is a joke. Dr. Harden himself is pleasant, however the office staff seem to be incompetent as ever. Good luck getting a refill from this office, much less the correct refill. Here I sit, with a spouse, less than one week post op for a femorial-pop procedure with no insulin. Several attempts from myself, the pharmacy and he himself spoke to an office member today and was told it would be sent. The medicine was still not sent today. No sense of urgency, patient care or even general care to complete tasks. I would not be writing this review for a single issue, trust me when I say, this has been a monthly frustration for one script or another for a year now. Unfortunately in our area, Doctors are limited and we do not have a huge variety to choose from so I guess they use this to their advantage. Changed to PCM and called 3x in one day. Got put on a 10 min plus hold every time. Was trying to make an appointment. After seeing other reviews Im not even wasting my time here now. Changing PCM again.

My experience with Dr. Harden has been great, but he staff is horrible! They are so rude! Today they told me to sign something with someone else’s name on it. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I had a serious infection in my blood and for months he gave me only antibiotic cream. The pain became very intense so I started seeing another doctor and he immediately scheduled surgery for me. The infection had had grown into the size of a lemmon by then. I had to be hospitalized. Also, I had been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and panic disorder by a psychologist and Dr. Harden prescribed me an anti psychotic drug used to treat schizophrenia. I had several side effects from this drug and my new doctor took me off of it immediately and said I should have never been on it. Would not recommend him to anyone. Very efficient and fast check in. Short wait time in seeing physician. Eased my concerns and helped me relieve my arthritis.

Don't go to the so called dr. He will let you or your loved one die. He let my husband die because of neglect, and he doesn't know what he is doing. Believe me I saw it with my own eyes.

I wish I could give zero stars. Rude staff. Refusal to see patient. Been trying for three weeks to be seen after being malnourished for a month. Staff always yells at you. Don’t waste your time here.

Absolutely one of the worst doctors I have ever been to...I had to change doctors because of health insurance and he was the only one In Phenix city that was remotely decent...however I have specialists for most of my conditions thank God...hes the only doctor I know of to look at internet articles while you sit there to find your diagnosis and never draw blood but give an antibiotic...didnt want a revised list of medications...nothing...if you value your health dont go to him!!! Never really go to the doctor, all I need is my prescription refilled. The receptionist is extremely rude, pretty much useless. Said she’s “ not even going to send the message back because it’s against his policy “. I’m in Texas and won’t be home for 15 days. I told her this and she pretty much said i don’t care. Dr. Harden has been my doctor since I was about five years old; I am 26 now. Unfortunately, their extremely confrontational front staff speaks to everyone in a rude, almost yelling-like manner, as if they are looking down at you and not at. I dread to have to deal with them when I go up there, and after dealing with the mannerisms of the young lady at the front desk when I called to reschedule my appointment, I have decided to cancel indefinitely and to not come back. I've been going to Dr. Harden for years and have always had nothing but good results with him. He and his staff have been nothing but professional in their attitudes toward me and my family. We love Dr. Harden

Dr. Harden gave excellent care to my mother over the years until her recent passing. He is a very caring and compassionate doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Harden for chest pains. I went to him every week for almost a month for him to tell me nothing was wrong. He didn't take my complaint serious, due to my age. I went to another doctor and he solved the problem in a week. I have GERD. The new dr increased the medicine I got from the ER, before I went to Dr. Hardin, and gave me another prescription. I was completely shocked Dr. Hardin could've at least increased my prescription. I was referred to Dr. Harden for chest pains. My experience with Doctor Harden and his staff has always been great. I also know that Dr. Harden has helped my brother and the rest of my family. I feel confident with being in his care.
