Excellent care and treatment. I highly recommend doctor ratner,md and their staff. I wish all doctors could be as professional as her.

The whole process was easy, fast and super efficient. I have never had a doctors appointment that went so well and in and out in a half hour max. It wasn't cheap but well worth the money.

Dr. Ratner approached my procedure with kindness, knowledge and care. Her attention to detail was amazing and she made me feel calm and comfortable the entire time, reassuring me throughout the surgery and beyond. Thank you so much Dr. Ratner and Anna!

UPDATE: while my initial experience here was positive, everything in post-op care was absolutely horrible. My scar dehisced and the practice refused to see me any earlier than my regularly scheduled follow up. I now have a scar that looks like a bayonet wound and I will have this for life. I will never return to this practice or recommend this doctor going forward.

Dr. Ratner is exceptional at what she does and her and her staff are true professionals.

Dr. Rattner and her staff are prompt, caring, efficient and thorough. Her followup, including a post surgical phone call, was pristine. Their skills inspire confidence and comfort in her patients. They all worked to make what could have been a scary and fearful experience bearable.

From the moment I made my first call to the appointment date my experience was superb!! The staff was great, Dr. Rather was great and my overall experience was awesome. The whole practice made me feel safe and cared for. Dr. Ratner was excellent and I'm so glad I was referred to this practice.

Dr. Ratner has been treating me for a little over the past 6 months for a very painful skin condition on my foot. No getting around it, the treatments are painful, but dr. Ratner takes so much time to make sure I am comfortable, explains exactly what she is doing, and makes me feel at at ease. The young gentleman and young lady who run the front desk are absolutely amazing, the office is five-star Immaculate clean but the secret weapon to this place is Dr ratner's assistant named Nuri. She comes in to the examining room to set everything up before doctor Ratner, totally sets the most amazing professional tone to put you at ease, and when dr. Ratner is finished, she makes sure everything is A-Okay with you before you leave. They are so lucky to have this young lady! So if you find yourself in the care of dr. Thank you for your reply. Again, am incredibly grateful for the work of you and your staff and am working with my dermatologist at Wexler Dermatology to deal with the scar. My only reason for posting this is that people should know that if they have scarring prone skin they need to make sure that have post operative plan in place to deal with it in a timely fashion which can be hard due to COVID. If this surgery had been done anywhere near my face and I had the same raised keloid scar, I would be devastated. Thanks again- Sarah Happy to get my skin cancer removed but MOHS surgery left my with huge keloid scar (raised and red) on my chest. Dr. Ratner reassured me that this would be a small problem and easy to repair vs. the large defect/skin graft from my prior BCC. Her layout and staff made her office a welcoming and safe place during the covid time. I had 6 followup visits for mini cortisone shots to make the scar on my nose heal as smooothly as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Ratner to anyone facing Mohs surgery, especially if you are afraid.You will be in the right hands.

,The staff and Dr Ratner are warm and welcoming. Dr Ratner resected a melanoma lesion on my face. Even though there were many stitches, the scar is barely visible. She is truly a meticulous and competent surgeon.

Dr.Ratner and Staff, are always friendly,positive, informative, and personable. I highly recommend the entire office, from front desk, to the examination room, and the procedure room.

Dr Ratner was very kind and easy to work with. When I told her that I had a young rambunctious toddler at home, she recommended a carcinoma removal procedure that took that well into account. Her staff was professional, friendly and worked with me to get my new health insurance information into their system.

Dr. Ratner has performed MOHS surgery on both my wife and myself. In the case of my wife, the surgery was extensive, and it was on my wife's face. It is almost impossible to now to see that there was any surgery at all. I am extremely impressed with the results of Dr. Ratner's surgery, and as a bonus she is a very nice person with a great bedside manner. I do not exaggerate.

Have had a lot of major surgeries from coronary to prostate cancer surgery, by far this has been the best experience as far as care from Doctors, nurses and overall treatment. Highly recommend Dr. Ratner and her surgical staff.

From the beginning when Dr. Ratner's staff explained how things worked through the various medical procedures, I always had a clear idea of what was happening. Regarding the surgery itself, Dr. Ratner made every effort not only to deal with the cancer (which was by my knee) but also to ensure that I would have no problems walking. Dr. Ratner & her staff have my sincere and heartfelt gratitude for their efforts.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ratner. I had to have something removed from my upper-lip in a very difficult spot and it healed beautifully. She is timely, talented, personable and simply wonderful in every way (as is her staff). 5 stars all around from procedure to instructions and follow-up and care. Not only is Dr Ratner tops in her field but she has established a practice in a setting that is so welcoming, so calm,so pleasant,so caring! Dr. Ratner removed a skin cancer on my nose. She did a wonderful job. It was painless and the results are terrific. One can barely see that I had stitches on my nose.
