Dr. Nair is my husband’s doctor She is very professional and good at what she does. We are very pleased and honored to have her for a doctor. She is kind and compassionate about her Patients. Hope she is with Cardiology Associates for a long time

I went in for the svt ablation. I was so nervous after talking to Dr. Nair and her team they made me feel so comfortable. I had the procedure so far it’s going great I will recommend her to anybody that need ablation

My appointment was at 9:45 with Dr. Nair. This was my yearly checkup. At 10:45 I checked with the lady behind the glass door and told her I had been waiting an hour and I had never had to wait that long before. She called back to the nurse (I assume) and I was told Dr. Nair was in and out of meetings and was running behind and that it would be another 45 minutes. I had no choice but to wait and they had already cancelled the May appointment and scheduled this one. At 11:05 I was called back to a room. The nurse said Dr. Nair was running behind and it might be a while and asked if I wanted to see the APN. I said I was told it would be about 45 minutes earlier and since I was already back there I could wait to see her. I figured 11:30 would have been the 45 minute time and I did see her in the hall. Around 12:00 I noticed that the halls were really quite so I stepped out and didn’t see anyone. At 12:15 I walked down the nurses station and asked did everyone go to lunch and leave me in the room. They asked what room I was in and when I told them they said Dr. Nair was running behind and it would be another hour. I told them that at 10:45 I was told 45 minutes and now they are telling me another hour. They said I could see Jana if I wanted to and I said that would be fine. She was in there at 12:30 and I was out by 12:35. I told this story to Jana and told her I didn’t know why they had me scheduled with Sr. Nair and I always saw her or Angie. I feel that this was totally unacceptable appointment scheduling and procedure. I know this is lengthy but I feel that this matter needs some attention as it isn’t good to keep a heart patient in the dark. I have never experienced anything like this at your office before. It was my 2 month old son who was sick and they did very well at keeping me calm and explaining everything to me and making him calm and feel better.

Dr. Nair is an outstanding EP! She takes the time to not only listen, but also explain your disease. If you suffer from Sarcoidosis, and are looking for an EP that understands then schedule an appointment with Dr. Nair ASAP!

My dad's doctors had kept him on blood thinners for afib for years. He has been on 3 different types of blood thinners but they all troubled him. He was very depressed for years. Dr. Nair recommended an ablation and a watchman device instead of blood thinners. 2 years ago He had the ablation and then the watchman. The last 2 years have been the best in his life. he says "Good riddance afib meds and blood thinners". This doctor keeps up with new technologies and is very personable. She told us, she will help him getter a better quality of life and she kept her end of the promise. Thank you for taking the time to listen to his story and help him and us. The office runs efficiently and smoothly. Every assistant has a specific job to do to prepare you for your doctor visit. Dr. Bait has all the latest readings and test results with her when she comes into your room. I am very pleased with my experiences with Dr. Nair. She explains all procedures thoroughly, and answers all questions in terms a non- medical person can understand. The office runs efficiently and smoothly. The office wait was very typical for a doctor's visit, but not too long. The assistant's are very professional and personable. Dr. Nair is very competent and I feel certain I'm getting the best care possible. Dr. Nair does a great job communicating and explaining medical terms and an action plan.

Initially went in for AFib discovered by Apple Watch. Never recommended an ablation and explained why in great detail. I wore 2 halter monitors and eventually got a loop monitor. Explains in detail why we are doing something and never pushes and listens to your concerns. I am scheduled for an AFib ablation after a year of watching my heart. She has an excellent bed side manner and a wonderful proceduralist. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for myself or a loved one. You want the best for your heart and she is it!

After a 2 hour drive to get there I waited close to an hour and a half, finally I went and asked the receptionist how much longer and was told at least another hour wait...MY time is worth something too...I left without seeing the doctor and I WILL NOT be going back. They were not professional at all, nor kind or compassionate. One of the best doctors in Jonesboro. She saved my life. Highly recommend to any one!

Dr. Nair did my ablation 3 months ago. I have had previous ablations by 2 other doctors with no success and have not had a normal heart beat for the last 6 years. I travelled 4 hours , waited for a few months and few hours before I got to see her, but it was the best thing I did. She takes her time with everyone and explains things in detail. My ablation was a complete success and I have been in normal rhythm for the first time in the last 6 years. Thank you St. Bernards for having this excellent physician. No doubt, she is the best. After having my appointment rescheduled 2 times because was “out of town”, I had to wait over an hour just to be called back to wait longer. When she finally came in to see me, she tried to sell me another surgery without medical explanation to back up what she said. After I told her I would wait on the ablation she was selling, she couldn’t get out of the exam room fast enough. I had an echo one month ago, but she didn’t even mention my results. She said I had one episode in the last 7 months, but didn’t give me any details of when this happened. Also, the monitor that they allegedly use to record this data, has been broken twice for a week at a time, but no one ever contacted me. The monitor is from Boston Scientific. Summary, it’s hard to follow what Dr. Nair recommends, when she leads me to believe she’s only interested in MONEY!!

Did a heart procedure for my grandmother. She very well explained the procedure and the reasoning behind it. She did a great job, and my grandmother feels much better. She was able to do what was planned and did it when another cardio doctor couldn’t fix the same issue FOUR years ago. Thank you, Dr. Nair!!
