Came in to see Virgil Junio PA-C and I had such a great experience. I highly recommend this office if you want professional friendly service.

Dr does his very best not to see patients. The ladies up front that act like they are busy or doing you a favor by doing their job, lie about what they've sent or done. Absolutely worthless doctors office. Complete, total and utter lack of care and professionalism.

I only had one appointment with this doctor, and it was nothing but disappointment. They constantly lie to you about the referral they "submit" when they do not even have access to the portal. I had bloodwork done about a month ago, and I have yet to receive an update.

These girls in the office they just act like they are so busy when they are doing nothing urgent requests from the hospital and doctors in the ER 10 days later I call the insurance they is not even request been sent when I’m in so much pain do not use this office such careless people

I've had 2 go 2 the hospital multiple times because they do not answer phones. For months I've tried 2 call with only 1 successful call!!!!

You know there is a problem when the NP doesn’t listen to your issues at hand, talks over you and then asks the same question after you’ve gave her the answer 3 times along with the little she does hear she has to look it up on web MD or online....

Appointment set for 9am and he never came in...have to book another appointment. Very disappointed it.

Thumbs up to this Office. From the reception, technician to the nurse and Doctor Pillai are welcoming and attended to my requests d needs. My office visits are always comfy and relaxing in this office. Appreciate each one of you. Thank you!

I did not change my insurance this year like I should’ve this doctor office is the worst that I’ve ever experienced I cannot get any results I can not get anything done properly I cannot get through when I call for weeks at a time I can’t even get a prescription filled correctly today was the most frustrating day of my life it took everything in me to remain calm I will be looking for another Doctor...I’m still 2 years later trying to get anwcers, And the nurse prationers ,playing like there Doctors need more experience...

The girls at Dr. Pillai’s office are what holds his medical office together. (10+) They go above and beyond and try and help the patient as much as possible. They at least have compassion and empathy when they see someone suffering. As far as I’m concerned they should all get a raise for carrying as much weight as they do?? On the other hand the nurse practitioners I’ve seen and Dr. Pillai are not compassionate at all!! Like many comments I read he rushes to get you out of the room so he can move on! There is nothing personable about him in fact I find it very discerning! I have something very rare but yet I know my body is being affected drastically by it and all he has to say is all your blood tests come back normal what do you want me to do?? I would like you to do your job! The body is way more complex then just a CBC panel. Why not address my symptoms first clue. All I got was this is beyond my scope and your insurance and do you want me to prescribe pain pills!!! NO I WANT HELP

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! He doesn't care at all what so ever, literally wants to get you out of the room as quick as possible. His staff is not friendly at all, they never call you back. Changed doctor and I filed a complaint against him. This is the worst office EVER!!! HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unreliable, has cancelled every appointment we have ever made with him. He should be ashamed of himself.

The girls in that office work hard at doing absoulty nothing. One of the worst offices I have ever been to. Would not recommend this Dr. Office to anyone.

By far one of the worst Doctors I've ever been to. I wasn't suppose to pay a co pay... I did $25 dollars... The receptionist are very rude and then the Doctor only gives you 10 seconds of his time keeping his back to you the whole time!! By far I would not recommend.

Dr. Pillai office in palmdale had thee dumbest people working there. The office is so out dated. lisa the "office manager" doesn't even now anything about the medical field. I have never in my life witnessed such incompetent people. I'm sure Stephanie was probably trained by lisa, because she just as dumb as her!!!!! save you time and go to a different doctor! its like they hired rejects that couldn't make it into the circus!!!

Dr. Pillai is a great Dr he took the time to listen to my concerns, unlike most doctors who are always in a rush. I live in Lancaster and will continue to make the commute to Valencia because of the care I received today.

His palmdale location is the smallest most outdated medical office I've ever been to. Run by an office lady who is so scatter brained she loses all of your paperwork. It's taken me a month to get an MRI referral and I know it's because she forgot and lies to people to make herself look good

I would consider him a "get it done" kind of doctor. He is straight forward and gets to the point. He has been great at listening to what I think is going on, asking based on that, testing or referring based on that and I'm out the door. I'm well informed and he is never dismissive. If you want warm and fuzzy he is not, but he is attentive. Only downside is kind of weird hours because of the two locations. Marks off are for the hours.

Dr Pillai is a sweet knowledgeable man. Gentle & kind demeanor .... Very personable with a GREAT bedside manor. He shows he genuinely cares about his patients. Works well w/other Dr's too! Thank you for taking such good care of me in the hospital & after!
