Not a Doctor who cares about her patient, horrible experience. I feel she's only after the money I cant go there every three weeks so she canceled my prescription I had only been on a month. I've been there twice in the past 3 months seriously?!

Billing Nightmare!!! No complaints about Dr. Minich's capabilities as a dr. However, had at least 1 lab bill a year billed inaccurately due to coding issues or test ran w/out authorization. Final straw was Dr. Minich admitting to ordering a test without authorization, promising to fix the error, but failed to do so after 4 phone calls. I ended up paying $266 for a test I specifically asked NOT to be done. Finally had to change doctors!

She has always been my safe place for the panic disorder, takes all the time a patient needs. Her patients are the utmost important thing in her practice. I can confide anything to her and she will selflessly guide me through the issue. She’s so respectful and cooperative with each person. For 25 years I’ve been blessed with her presence

Everyone is very rude. I call to schedule an appt 2 weeks out on a Tuesday and a male answers phone and says office will be closed on monday and tuesday and then hangs up.. ummm ok, so i awkwardly call back to resume making an appt. ? You smile and tell the doctor and staff to have a nice weeked they say "okay" .. kinda rude. I can tell that i am not looked at as a human, but more a less a pay check. Annoying, so ready to find a new doctor. Everyone is very rude. Everyone is very rude.
