After visiting multiple eye doctors in Mesa County, was happy to find a doctor that knew what she was doing. Glad to see a doctor take time and understanding the eye issues that go along with other health issues!

The only pediatric specialist in the area now that Dr. Lenahan has retired. Dr. Reddin may have talent but I will never be able to find out - my disabled child will go without local services due to the poor practices of her incompetent office staff! Will not recommend until Dr. Reddin provides an apology and a arranges an appointment for us herself. I will not deal with her staff ever again and will let everyone know in the disability arena to avoid the office until they have a better level of customer care! Rude, discriminating and disorganized! And looking over these reviews, I don’t believe I am alone. They are obviously rude and money focused. Dr. Reddin get a new staff and new policies. Very unhappy with front desk staff. They are rude and disorganized. After leaving a message to cancel my appt due to illness (as soon as I knew) with answering service, I went to go to my daughters appt a couple weeks later. I called an hour ahead to let the office know I was on the way from Delta and may be a couple minutes late. They checked my name and said they would see me there and no problem. Upon arrival the front office manager told me that since I had cancelled MY appt in less than 24 hours two weeks prior, they had automatically cancelled my child’s appt without notifying me. I asked why then had they just told me to come and drive 45 minutes for nothing! This woman stated that the answering service must have answered and they are not able to access appts. I rescheduled while standing in their office and as I was standing there entered the appt day and time into my iPhone calendar and immediately sent my child’s dad the appt to cover my bases. I repeated the day and the time to the woman twice She blew me off and seemed both annoyed with my situation, my need for her attention and also seemed overwhelmed with just me and a phone call to manage. She never made eye contact, nodded to confirm and never thanked me or said another word. Upon arrival again for this new appt, I was told it was the day before and that I had missed it!. And that to reschedule after missing 3 appts. (I only missed this one due to their error) I would have to pay cash of nearly $200 for services and they would not bill insurance even just to make the appt. The woman did not give even a moment of consideration that it may have been an error on their part and not mine. Given that my child is disabled and requires a specialist and that Dr. Redden is the only specialist locally - too bad Lenanhan retired! - I am either forced to pay a lot of money for my kiddo to get help (a lot for my family at least) or drive 4 hours to see a specialist. I am extremely disappointed in the poor level of customer service and organization provided here. If they had an answering service that was competent, and if they provided reminder calls or emails or the services every office provides, perhaps this whole thing could have been avoided. And if they say they do, I assure you they do not! The office had both my number and my child’s dads number and neither were notified. Or even if they had a front desk person who had an idea of what proper etiquette and customer service meant - especially for a small town office. She was rude from the get go, rude to my disabled daughter and I can assure you that I will be notifying every disability organization in the area of my experience and suggest that they take their children elsewhere. Word of mouth from a mom who is highly involved and advocates for children with special needs can result in a loss of business that goes well beyond the amount they would get from one cash appointment. I appreciate Dr. Diane Reddin's impressive background and patient way of answering my questions. She was not only friendly, but a good listener and very good at explaining in terms I could understand. I trust this doctor.

Tried to see someone here for something in eye and they would not even take the time to check the eye--what? 5 minutes maybe? Going to Delta where we found someone very kind to help us out!

Dr. Reddin referred me to a local specialist for cataract surgery, turns out to be a nationally recognized cataract surgeon. The surgery was successful and this Doctor highly recommended Dr. Reddin for her knowledge and skill levels .I am impressed with Dr. Reddin's ability to explain in plain english the complexities of my case and guide me to a good outcome. We are very fortunate to have a local Optometrist who is recognized as an expert in her field. You wont find better knowledge or treatment anywhere. VERY disappointed... For a center in the "nicest town around," I had a poor experience. I stopped in hoping to get my glasses adjusted after accidentally stepping on them. When asked for someone to adjust, the woman said sure and took my glasses to the back room. There was NO discussion about price or labor fees. After TWO MINUTES, she comes back out and says she cannot fix the true problem of the tilt (she made minor adjustment to the head rests). THEN PROCEEDS TO CHARGE ME $5!! That is $150 / hour. I have had glasses adjusted at MANY places for FREE, never have I been charged. HORRIBLE. VERY disappointed... For a center in the "nicest town around," I had a poor experience.
