I'd seen Dr. Ruschke before--when I fell off my bike and fractured my wrist. I was impressed by her skill and cool yet caring demeanor then. But just this past week we came to the Jordan Valley ER from the urgent care at another facility. She picked up on my partner's serious infection right away, and decided he needed to be admitted. Turns out he had a dangerous staph infection and needed IV antibiotics. She may very well have saved his life. Do what you have to do to keep her with you. She's the best there is.

My mother in-law was seen by her while in the ER. This Dr. was very unprofessional and uncaring. Suffering from a shattered shoulder due to a fall, this Dr. had the nerve to tell m-in-law that it would heal on its own. After CAT showed broken bones all over she continued to neglect her care by misinforming her that she wouldn't be able to get into surgery until that next week!!! A family member had to intervene and managed to get things rolling right away. There was no excuse for the laziness
