I am utterly disgusted and disappointed by Diane Schwartz. I have been going to doctors for a long time in my life, and this has never once happened. I work with many medical professionals over the years, and I come from a family of doctors. I spent over 2 1/2 hours driving to the doctor. Unfortunately, I had the wrong old location because the social media page and yelp page for the business had the wrong address. I proceeded to show up to my appointment at the right location 10 minutes late. They proceeded to tell me to leave the office, even though there were no other patients in the office, after taking all of my personal information. I am disgusted, mortified, and saddened by the lack of care. The doctor did not have any other patient; she just wanted to enjoy her breakfast and coffee. None of the medical staff wore masks over their faces, a potential Covid violation for a medical facility. Before going to Dr. Diane Schwartz, please read this review and consider your options delicately as Dr. Diane Schwartz does not seem to care about the health of her patients. Look up the Old Tappan Medical Group, where Dr. Diane Schwartz works and read the large volume of negative reviews.

don’t waste your time here. I made and appointment for a full physical. Not only did she not preform a physical, but she would barely stay in my room for 5 minutes so I could tell her my health issues. She consistently interrupted me to try to leave, meanwhile i barely spoke for a minute. all the nurses were just talking to each other in a room near mine. Don’t go here your better of with a 10 minute google search. more than you’ll get from Dr schwartz.

Dr. Schwartz refused to treat my twenty-three year old daughter who has autism and suffers from dystonia, which requires her to use a walker. My wife and I took her to her first visit to Dr. Schwartz for a physical examination. But the receptionist and another office assistant, who treated us rudely and with visible contempt, took her temperature, claiming it was elevated. The first reading was 102.5; the second taken a minute late was 101.5. We were told to take her to an urgent care center, which we did. There the physician took her temperature under the tongue, on the forehead, and in the ear. Each reading was normal. It is obvious to my wife and me that Dr. Schwartz and her staff discriminate against the developmentally disabled.

Love her! We all go to her! Me my mom and my husband. I follow her everywhere she moves. She’s kind personable and caring. Takes her time listening and explaining. Talks in plain English to make sure we understand the situation. I recommend her to everybody. Easy to reach and to talk to!

My visit with Dr Schwartz was for a physical as she took over for my prior doctor who had treated me for last 25yrs. The minute we met she bad mouthed him and physical she provided was a fraction of what I’m used to receiving- When I ask her a question as her new patient - She said” We are not a good fit and she has plenty of patients “ .. Dr Schwartz was so unprofessional how she treated me and after 25yrs of going to the same practice I now need to look for a new doctor for my family and I.

Love her! She is knowledgeable, personable and takes her time with me, answering all my questions. Great staff and very efficient. Would highly recommend.

Horrible. In the midst of the Coronavirus outbreak and after being told to “STAY HOME” and in the time frame of the “peak”, I needed a refill on a medication I’ve been on for years. She has me come in every 3 months for a quick check, asks a few questions, then sends me on my way. After insisting on a televisit since this just a brief visit, she refused. I pleaded with her and asked if she can meet me outside, she refused. She said I have a better chance of getting infected if I go to the store. I’m not even doing that. I’m scared and she could care less. Horrible just horrible doctor. DOES NOT CARE.

The best!!!!! I have moved from the area and now drive 50 miles to see her. Kind, compassionate, friendly, right on target with diagnosis and medical advice.

Dr. Diane Schwartz is an awesome, compassionate and caring physician. She listens to your concerns and never rushes through your appointment. My whole family sees her. My only regret is that they no longer have a practice in Bergenfield. And don't have evening hours.
