Dr. Lubbe is one of the best doctors in Spokane. Highly knowledgeable and great bedside manner. His staff are amazing too.

Ability to seek treatment in a timely manner at this providers office has significantly been more and more difficult in the 4 years as a patient. The wait times on hold to even reach an operator is quite frankly unacceptable. Myself, along with both of my parents are patients at this practice (I am DPOA) so this problem is across the board for all three of us. The office is understaffed, Covid did not help, and the providers are overwhelmed with too many patients. This providers office needs to hire more cardiologists to handle the patient load. The wait time to get an appointment to see the provider is too long, especially with serious conditions. However, once you do see the provider in person, they are EXCELLENT. My provider is professional, knowledgable, and has good bed side manners. He genuinely cares for his patients (me) and wants the best outcome.

As a new patient I was able to make an appoint with Dr. Lubbe quickly. My husband is a established patient with Dr. Lubbe and it is very difficult to get into his office in a reasonable amount of time.

All staff treated me me with respect and care.

Excellent care. Love the My Chart accessibility. I use it to message for scheduleing appointments also as it is faster than being on hold for 45 minutes if you use the phone.

Dr Lubbe treated my dad with the utmost respect and listened to us answered all questions. This was my dads first visit and dr Lubbe made sure that he would now be my dad's cardiologist. Went thru all my dad's medicines with us. A extremely pleasant first visit really made my dad feel comfortable and not just another patient to hurry up and see. Thank you

Vary nice care and a nice visit

The care & professionalism of this office is excellent. The only problem is scheduling appointments. You can never get through to set up an appt. I have waited on the phone for up to 45 minutes before finally hanging up. Only way I can get an appt is to leave message in my chart and then someone will respond in 2-3 days. That's not good. Everything else is excellent. If the service wasn't good I wouldn't come back because of the difficulty of getting appointments.

Scheduling still a problem. My primary dr wants a colon test and the colon folks are unable to schedule. But I guess thats the way of the post covid world.Dr Lubbe & his staff/ office is awesome!!!

Dr. Lubbe provided compassionate, extremely competent care and listened to my concerns regarding prescription statin medication. He demonstrated a conprehensive knowledge of my health record (including historical labs) and current clinical expertise based on the latest scientific studies and evidence. Following the visit I felt heard and respected for my concerns regarding my personal health care needs. In these days of hurried medical practice, I am grateful for Dr. Lubbe.

Dr. Lubbe always "hears" my concerns Including a serious allergy to contrast medium for CT scans as well as vascular Imaging, as a result I trust him completely with my cardiac care.

Arrogant, insulting, non-compassionate.

Tried to schedule an appt after my referral was approved. Scheduling was rude. When someone is already dealing with heart issues to be rude is the last thing we want to be treated like. I had the referral number and approval. She wouldn’t even schedule it the appt. Definitely not a good start.

Dr. Lubbe is an extraordinary cardiologist who inspires confidence, trust and the deepest level of gratitude for his devotion and dedication to patient care. He performed an Angiogram for my husband and went out of his way to provide treatment and counseling at the highest level of excellence. We will never forget his kindness, patience and warmth.

when I go see him hes always so kind and caring he doesn't rush u in and out to get rid of you ,he sits and listens to you .He is a wonderful dr. and person he always listens to my problems and I trust him with my life anytime .he is wonderful I LOVE THIS MAN
