Dr. Jain was not very compassionate with our situation. He was rude to my husband while his grandmother was sick and my mother was dying on hospice. My husband and I are not familiar with this procedure and we were dealing with both my 66 year old mother dying in my brothers family room and My husbands grandmother being admitted on hospice at Palos. When I spoke with Dr. Jain about this all he talked about was the cost of a bed and what they do over seas. There was no compassion for a family that was dealing with two loved ones on hospice within 2 weeks. I asked him to educate me because this was new for us and emotionally over whelming and he continued to talk cost with me. This was the first disappointing experience I have had a Palos community hospital. I think Dr. Jain needs to be more understanding that families may have other traumatic situations taking place in their lives and people are doing the best they can to make it through.

Dr. Jain has been my doctor for over 20 years I believe he's getting tried not as compassionate as he you to be he does dismiss my problem now it's like he doesn't want to be bother...find a young doctor one with patients ...I love the staff ...Dr. Jain needs to retire...I like him ...but he's changed

He was very rude both times I went to see him. The first time he was on the phone the entire time while examining me. The second time he dismissed my problems for which I came in for. I had unexplainable welts, swelling and tenderness in my leg. He told me nothing was wrong. As well as telling me he can't do anything for me because I didn't get my lab work done for my A1C, which had nothing to do with my current visit. I have never been treated like this and dismissed so quickly.
