This is Joseph Tirico, using my wife's email. Dr Patel was too rushed to understand my symptoms resulting in his prescribing over the phone several anytidepressants and sleeping medications which resulted in my trying to take my own life. He is interested in getting it over with rather than seeing the patient and directing them to other health care professionals is a dangerous practice. BEWARE Don't try to get help from any other source all they do is cover up..seek legal help if this happens to you as I have. As for staff they act like u r a bother and they seem so miserable and clearly don't want to be there and don't want u there..what a horrible dishonest practice Cleveland Clinic has not improved anything. amazing DR , Amazing Staff, Dr. Patel takes his time with you listen to you and cares about his patients. Glad I found him.

My husband and I had an appointment today with Dr. Patel. He was very thorough explaining all tests that had been performed. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He took his time to talk with us and was a GREAT listener, we did not feel rushed. Both my husband and I went to Dr. Patel for the first time today he was awesome he’s a great listener he explained everything and was very understanding will definitely be using him as our permanent family doctor

Great, very in depth and concerned doctor, actually cares and understands you and your health needs. Been through many careless doctors and he is not one. He listens to you. As for his nursing staff should be replaced. Always very rude and short with me, make me feel very uncomfortable trying to call and schedule appointments with dr. Patel. They have no remorse or concern about you.

I am a new patient and only have had virtual appts. with Dr. Patel due to everything going on right now. I must say I was worried about a new doctor. But no worries he is amazing, caring, and makes sure to go over all issues with you. Like I said have only had virtual but he was amazing.

Running late? don't fret, they'll do their best to fit you in. Just don't be too late like 30min + late, and expect to be seen. Reschedule, they'll do their best to help. Dr. Patel may be one of four hundred plus Dr's with the surname Patel, but he stands out as young, knowledgeable, concerned about your health. Navigating today's insurance nightmare must be mind-numbing but he does his best. I like my new Dr. Go Dipesh! :)

Dr Patel takes the time to really listen to you and the concerns that you have. He does not prescribe medicine that you really don’t need. He is open to homeopathic treatment if it is called for. Highly recommend him.

Been seeing Dr Patel for several years. He is very thorough, doesn’t rush you and spends the time that is needed with you. He noticed something wasn’t right with my blood work and immediately sent me to an oncologist/Hemotoligist. Thank god he caught it early and my treatment has been a success so far. I Highly recommend Dr. Patel.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!! Dr. Patel is the Primary Physician of my recently passed Father and still of my Mother, who is alive. My Father passed away on October 31st, 2018 (Wednesday). The funeral home called and left messages for Dr. Patel and his staff starting on the 2nd of November. (Friday) Not to get into all of the details but a Death Certificate needs to be signed by the Primary Dr. in order to have the body authorized to be embalmed/cremated. DR. PATEL DID NOT SIGN THIS UNTIL THE 14TH OF NOVEMBER!!! So my poor Father's corpse sat in the Funeral home for almost 15 full days due to the INCOMPETENCE of this Doctor and his staff!!! At one point we were told that the Dr. would not sign the death certificate??? We had no idea why he would not. My Mother went back to the office (against my will) for a regular exam and the Doctor said he was sorry and that he "did not know it was on his desk to sign????????" Are you crazy or just too busy to manage your staff and let them know that these are the items that should be a priority in an office. Maybe the system is at fault and giving him too many Patients but this seems to be a situation of a Doctor who just wants to bill patients insurance companies and have as many patients that they can get so they make more $$$$. LASTLY, if you are older and want to stay alive do not trust a Doctor who gives out 16 PRESCRIPTIONS for someone to take daily!!!! The medical industry in this country is really out of whack and all of you Doctors and Insurance companies are just greedy, selfish and have no concern for their patients. Clearly this Doctor did not care that my poor Father's body sat for 15 days and was too busy to look at his desk to sign the death certificate. It's a pity; he is indeed a good PCP, but his staff, in my opinion aught to be the most unhappiest and uncaring, I have ever encountered. It is almost as if you are a bother to them... Emails are screened and read by his Medical Assistants before they get a chance to reach him. Trying to make an appointment with him? Good luck, the wait is months out... Glad to say farewell to that office. We hope that we never have to step into that office again!! Doctors like Mr Patel are rare to find nowadays. He really takes his time with you and treats you like family . He’s very caring and listens to your concerns . I’m so happy found him!

Dr. Patel listens to you and is razor sharp. His easy to talk to personality makes him a pleasure to deal with. He zeros in on what's wrong and is fast to act. I can't recommend him highly enough. As someone who was struck by lightning and has a myriad of things wrong with him, he has been a life saver!
