Dr. Dmitry Z Gelfand

I was unhappy that I had a front tooth fixed not long ago and went back because the work done was chipping off and when I arrived for them to take a look I was told I had to pay $88 upfront and it would be more money. I believe it should have been looked at and determined what was going on before I was being charged for work I’ve already paid for.

Excellent treatment by the staff!!!

The staff is excellent. Dr. Gelfand gives both my husband and I very good care. Tiffany was my hygienist today and she is amazing. She takes her time and talks me through the procedure. Thank you.

Great got me in on time and took care of me. Always friendly.

Although I didn't see Dr Gelfand today, I was there for a fitting for a night guard. His staff is always pleasant and when I do see him I always know that he will be gentle and caring.

Dr Gelfand and his staff are always great. I have been going here for many years and have always been treated to good dentistry with a pleasant staff.

My experience with Dr. Gelfand and staff has been outstanding. When I first went to Dr. Gelfand, he stated to me that I needed some work and promised me that everything would be fine. I will continue to recommend him and his entire staff for their totally excellent and compassionate care.

I have been going to Dr Gelfand for 15 or more years . He is an excellent dentist . He is quick , proficient and gets the job done . I have never had a complaint and have recommended him to many of my friends who are also satisfied

Dr. Dmitry Zhukov-Gelfand has been our family dentist for a long time. He is an exceptional expert at what he does. He is so good that we travel to be seen by him all the way from Boston! Highly recommend Dr. Dmitry Zhukov-Gelfand as a dentist, he is in a class of his own. Additionally, his entire team is very professional and helpful. Went to have a broken tooth with a tooth ache taken care of. Did not have money for the copay at that time for the root canal. Was told it would be a quick visit, 90 bucks and out the door in a single appointment. $180 bucks and 2 visits later, I refuse to go back and pay another cent toward this "single appointment" fix.

It ended up very badly dealing with this office . They were supposed to write a letter to my insurance company so I could get my copay paid and he did not help me out abd did not remember what he originally told me first time evaluating my extractions . In any event I got a letter saying that he dropped me as a patient . I knew before I got the letter that I wasn’t going back to this office. Very good experience

I did not get a sincere feeling from him and I had an issue withhim . He seemed sincere but he back peddled on helping me with paying for services insurance said that they would cover .

Excellent Dentist, he removed my front tooth today and I didn't feel a thing. His staff goes above and beyond, they are kind and caring. The dentist makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything. I will be returning for all my dental care. Lisa

I would highly recommend this office. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The office has a very at home, comfortable feel. And Dr. Gelfand is a master of his craft.

Coventry family dental is a place you would recommend to family and friends. As a professional business owner I tell people quite often about this office.The front counter staff are friendly and very professional. The dental hygienist are alway kind and cheerful and alway offer suggestions how to best achieve great dental health.Last but not least Dr Gelfand is always upbeat, professional and on the cutting edge with technology in his practice. I know he has saved my family Thousands of dollars because he does work that needs to be done when it needs to be done. This dentist has my best interest as a priority unlike some of the slick dentists in town .

I’m sorry I never go to the dentist unless I have too. I have been to two other dentists in the area. I have to say my visit here, this is my fourth visit has really been great. I had x-rays an extraction, a cleaning, with more visits to come. Another dentist was pulling 6 teeth Dr.Gelfand only had to pull two. He is saving the other teeth. The other dentist was putting partials Dr.Gelfand is putting implants where I have missing teeth. He is doing all this Work and the cost is less then the other dentist. My brother recommended Dr. Gelfand , I finally found a very Good dentist I’m happy. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gelfand and his staff.

The one reason I love this dentist is because they never try to make me spend more money than I absolutely need to. My dentist is amazing and straight forward. The best I’ve been to in Coventry so far!

Removed existing crown due to some decay near gum line and attached temporary crown until permanent crown is made and inserted. Used a new type of numbing devise so barely felt anything. Overall experience was excellent

I’m so sorry to say I can’t remember the young ladies name that did my cleaning but she was awesome as usual! I also love Dr Gelfand as well. I didn’t need to see him at this visit but when I have he is super gentle.

I had a filling fall out while flossing. Coventry Family Dental had the repair completed the same day. I have been a patient of Dr. Gelfond's for many years and have always received caring, professional service from him and his entire staff. I've been going to Coventry Family Dental for 10 years now. I have been to many dentists in the past 50 years and I have never written a review. Dr. Gelfand and his staff are exceptional. I have had a root canal with no pain during or after. I have had several fillings and an extraction. In all cases it was painless and of minimal inconvenience on my part. But very important to me is the fact that dr. Gelfand is honest. He will not recommend procedures that don't need to be done. We cannot take this for granted these days .So when I relocated to Rhode Island I was selective in my new dentist. He is the fourth that I had within the first year and I've been with him for 10 years now . Dr. Gelfand is a master in his practice. His prices are competitive. His staff is efficient and organized. I am happy to be able to put my confidence in him and those in his organization.
