Calling Dr. Burt...where ever you are. I had an appointment today and went to Morgan Hill. No Dr. Burt..no one in the building could tell me where he went just that he left. Thought he had gone back to noname uno. Went there. No Dr Burt. Looks like you forgot to tell me something. Maybe no practice? I tried to keep my appointment I really did.

I was waiting for a week for it, then decided to make a call to check - lady on a phone said THE person who create request to insurance company is not available. So it is just 2 weeks waiting to just call insurance company. I did CT and Stanford same week and asked reception to request results. 4 business days after call to check whats going. Lady answer phone, saying nobody called them, but she will do it after her lunch. Calling at 3:30PM nothing. I recommend anyone who value time to stay a

Receptionist service is unsatisfactory. I made an appointment and came in for a visit and was told I need another referral. They should have told be prior to making an appointment would have saved me time making a trip to the doctors. Another time, waited for the doctor that never showed up and receptionist never told me that the doctor would be there or delayed? Sat waiting! Had other problems with my prescriptions being filled up, because the receptionist did not get the fax and approval from
