Absolute worst place to try to make an appointment with. They had me change my pcp to them, and made sure I called the change it so it would happen immediately. Then I called back to make an appointment only to be told I can’t make an appointment for 24-48 hours until the change shows on their end. Called the insurance company back and they faxed over confirmation of my change. Called the dr back and they still refused to make an appointment. Wasted my entire morning going back and forth with them and insurance only to be told call back in a few days.

I arrived 30 minutes early for an appointment at 11:15am. Got to 11:37am, still there. Two other women got there after me and they were pulled back before me. I asked what the hold up was and if I had to reschedule. Instead of working a solution they just said, "I'll cancel your appointment." They don't care. They'd rather you leave. He tells it as it is and tells what doctor you need to see.

I really do not think he cares about his patients ,he screws around with there meds and is hard to get an appt . with as he is only in the office 2 days a week. I think it is time to put him out to pasture or tie him down to his desk and put a whip to some of his office staff

My husband who is a leukemia survivor of 5 plus years has been seeing Tesha Baker for his follow up care. She is extremely compassionate and understanding of his medical needs. She always listens and she keeps on track with his care. Highly recommend her! P.s. Deborah and Dr Geldart have also been amazing and so kind and compassionate to my husbands needs! My 14 year old niece was seen by Dr. Donald Geldart in the Emergency Room 2/6/19. She has already had multiple surgeries on her left hip from an ATV accident in 2014. She has come through all of it without complaining and has a cheerful upbeat attitude. She is still having pain and problems from the injury, she has not attended school this week because of the pain. She went to the Emergency room yesterday, was seen by Dr Geldart. He did a CT scan. He then said to my Neice, " It is a good thing you are smart because you won't get far on your bad hip and your looks. You need surgery." I love Tesha Baker, she is awesome

1 star because I had to. One particularly person in the office....the one that answers the phone. I will not give out her first name would not be fair to her. Don't understand how she can be so rude. I'm sure others have felt the same way. I'm a nurse and I work with kindness. Treat everyone with respect and help people because I have compassion to do so. I called friday around 9 to possibly get meds for my mother who has had Parkinsons for last 10 years. She is running out of her meds that help her parkinsons. I switched doctors 3 weeks ago. I requested her file be sent to a dr. Here in lake placid close to home. Files transfer taken longer than expected. Yes I should have had the meds refilled. .oversight on my part. So her files sent to new dr. finally, appt not set till 2 weeks from now. Gelbhart office...my mom is under the care of nurse practioner HALL. Will not refill prescription because she is no longer under the care of her anymore. BEWARE! 1 star because I had to. One particularly person in the office....the one that answers the phone. I see Teshia and I must say I love her. She listens and try to find the answers to my problems. I have allot of medical issues and out of all my drs she is hands down my favorite.
