No wonder he retired , with all these bad reviews ???? I’m currently on hold for over 20 minutes, this is the MOST unorganized office I have ever dealt with. No wonder I don’t go to doctors???????? rediculous and I will find a new one asap

Just tried to make an appointment with this guy and the lady in the phone kept trying to pass a nurse practitioner on me after I said no she said the doctor is very busy right now even though their web site says “ accepting new patients”. Really horrible service !

Fraud is all I can say. Vegas has a lot of shady characters but when it comes to healthcare it's just unacceptable. I have worked in healthcare both front and back office. I now how this should have went. There is some level of fraud going on with Dr Tice. I too was asked to take a ton of lab work. Following visits I was solicited for things like allergy and sleep tests, which had noting to do with why I was there. I had only had one hormone therapy doctor previously, so I was still learning. I trusted him in the beginning. For months my estrogen wouldn't raise. He refused to adjust my rx. All I needed was more estrogen. Instead of simply increasing my rx level. Each appt (that I had to wait weeks for) there was a convoluted answer as to why it wasn't that simple. Instead I was pushed to come in for shots. Shots that I would wait an hour or two to even receive. Month after month of begging, while I went up and down through depression, anxiety, hot flashes, and weight changes. Feeling good right after a shot then like an addict having to come back in a week or so for another. I could see the pattern and wasn't sure what to do. My last appt I begged for a second rx that may help with the symptoms. Dr Tice reluctantly wrote it, only after he looked it up on WebMD and prescribed far more than any person would need per dose! I knew I was sitting in front of a fraud. All I could do was cry. I immediately went to my GYN and in one visit resolved everything simply by prescribing the right cream at the right dose. That was it. This man had me suffering through menopause systems for the better part of the year needlessly. It seems to me the whole shoots & supplements situation he has going is simply a money grab. When I complained about the cost they were billing my ins. (double) They agreed to let me pay cash for the shots. Then they proceeded on several occasions to double bill my ins. for shots I already paid cash for. The office staff is horrible and refused to acknowledge my receipt from payment. The office now owes me money, as I paid them again, after they threatened to send me to collections. I've reported them to the insurance co to have their claims reviewed. Dr. Tice is a fraud. It's all a scam to make money off of care that isn't even adequate. One of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. I don't like having negativity toward anyone. Yet, Dr. Tice and the staff aiding this charade should be ashamed of themselves. It goes against any oath to care for others. It's simply a scam to make money off hormones, testing and supplements. Fraud is all I can say. Dr. Tice takes the time to listen to what a patient is saying. He makes you comfortable so a real conversation can occur. He has worked with me for 6 months now and I'm feeling better than I ever have.

Fantastic initial exam. Bloodwork was ordered and I had my second appt about 1 month later. I have been on a regimen of treatment for the last month that has given me back energy, ability to focus, rid me of brain fog, no more hot flashes, and has helped in so many other areas... This physician explains treatment protocols clearly and will take time to listen. He is a true gem.

Juliana the office manager Rachael Tennis the Physician Assistant I saw for a knee injury and Dr Tice who I saw a couple times for my hormones! Are completely the worst Doctors and the worst experience I have ever received in Las Vegas the waiting time is outrageous with an appointment I’ve had to be refunded my co pay because the wait time so long! I went in for a knee injury and possible blood clot sat there all day in a wheel chair they did not look into nor consider the injections and medications he had put me on could lead to a blood clot when I went in for immobility in my knee! It took almost a month to get an approval for the MRI because the Physician Assistant Rachael Tennis has no clue what to put on the referral so they ended up denying it after a month of waiting on hold forever to this office threatening to file a complaint with the Nevada State Board of Examiners then did they finally do their job and appeal with my insurance and then never called to update me after all the times I had went in and talked on the phone they did not have the decency to call and let me know it was approved! Horrible experience do not waist your time! Dr Tice was so quick to inject testosterone which made me feel horrible! Shame on this Doctor and Procare facility! Same message I left on yelp... Really dislike leaving bad reviews, but health stuff is where I step up. So.... I wanted to wait awhile before I left an honest review. As mentioned I dislike writing negative reviews, but since health is my #1 priority I care for other's health as well. ALONG with their wallets!! When I met Dr. Tice I was excited to find someone who specialized in hormones and from our conversation I 'thought' he was integrative... Yup... big mistake. Had a TON of blood taken, then was prescribed a bunch of stuff, then shot up with testosterone and steroids at my follow up appointment. I am someone that does NOT even take ibuprofen unless necessary. He did not take the time to go over side effects, and to work with my holistic and integrative approach... he just couldn't wait to shoot me up... The office overall, I am neutral towards as most doctors offices there tends to be a wait... But... What put me over my threshold, and prompted me to share my experience is... I just received an INSANE BLOOD work bill. The doctor and office SHOULD have been upfront about the potential cost... its ridiculous. Still shocked... I had high hopes, but beyond disappointed... just felt like a patient to make money off of. While I know many people have been helped by him (happy to hear this), this was not my experience. He was very personable, comfortable and helped me with every problem and symptom I was experiencing. It helped turn my everyday around!

I really loved this doctor! The reason for 2 stars is the staff of the office location I do not believe share in his best practices. I was put onto hormones for the first time in Dec after a hysterectomy, I’ve refilled them monthly since and things are going great! However my refills wouldn’t go through this month so I called and left a message didn’t hear back, called back because it’s been a few days trying to refill these and today is the last doses. I was told it’s the patients responsibility to know when they’d need more lab work for refills. I’m not sure how when I’ve never done this before I would know that. But in the meantime could I get some to hold me over till I can come in? Especially since I’m avoiding unessential trips like everyone else. I can’t get any until I’m seen and I can’t be seen within a day muchless get blood work back so Why bother? looking for a new provider at this time and I can’t help but worry for others unable to get their meds & stuck Without options.

I went for my first visit with Dr. Tice , and I am so happy I did! He listens well and explains everything well! His office staff was amazing too! He has already helped me with one of my issues, and I can’t wait for my results to come in so I have can better myself!!! Highly recommend him!

Wish I could give an appraisal of Dr. Tice but I was left in the waiting room for nearly an hour. My time is too valuable to waste so I walked out without having seen him. I'll look another doctor who respects my time.

I heard he was a good doctor so I called to make an appointment which I was quickly put in a que for 5 minutes. Then one of the office assistance answered the phone and started to make me a new patient appointment and as soon as she gave me a date asked me to hold... I was literally on hold for 26min before I hung up. That is poor service to me! Needless to say I called back and immediately got someone and asked for the supervisor and of course she was in a meeting ????asked if I wanted to leave a message and of course I didn’t because I changed my mind about going there. I did read his reviews before I called and saw that people complain about the wait time, I was willing to wait if I had to because I work in the medical field and I realize how they get stuck with patients, but I can’t deal with poor medical office service... there is no excuse for that! I have been going to Dr. Tice for three months. He is very efficient and helpful. I've suffered from hormonal imbalance for a few years and he has helped to get my body back on track. It's been years since I've seen these results. I am so happy I found him, and I highly recommend him. Please note, the wait times are very long but I am glad I stuck it out. Dr. Donald Tice is amazing doctor I won't trade him for anything.

Lots of problems. Dr Tice was always late usually over 45 minutes. He used an outside lab that was very costly. When I asked him why he said they did a better job. Refused to let me administer medication to myself. He couldn’t charge for it that way. Inattentive to details. I gave this over a year and it never improved. It worries me when I was the one reminding him an abnormal result should be rechecked. No confidence in him any longer. Lots of problems. Dr Tice was always late usually over 45 minutes. I have had an appointment the last two visits and still wait for over an hour. Is he double booking? Wish I could charge for my wasted time in the waiting room like I'm charged for my 10 minutes with the doctor.

I was going to Dr. Tice a couple of years ago. He would run blood work every few months. He would use a different lab than our insurance used but always told us we would never see a bill... until our insurance quit taking him and we had to find a new dr. Two years later we get a lab bill from Molecular testing lab. I wasn't aware that Dr.Tice did genetic testing when he sent in my blood work. After I stopped going to Dr. Tice I received a $1199.00 bill after being told I would never see a bill.

If you know you do not feel “normal”, don’t let your regular Dr convince you that there is nothing wrong. Set an appt with Dr Tice. He has years of experience with hormone imbalances. He takes the time to explain how imbalances affect your health and how you feel. After the lab work he ran (which cost me $0 out of pocket for Lab work – even though the Dr is not on my insurance plan), we had a follow up visit, I got my first BHRT shots, I felt better the SAME DAY! I feel normal again.

From bipolar to breast cancer and many other thing in between, my life has not been the easiest. When I finally found Dr. Tice my life changed. He is so knowledgeable and patient. He spent at least 45 minutes with me and answered all my questions. After my blood test work came back it was obvious why I have suffered with these things. Dr Tice put me on a simple regimen and since that day my life keeps moving in a positive direction. I can't believe it I am a whole new woman. Thank you Dr Tice.

I have struggled with feeling tired and overall miserable all the time. My whole life I have had a hard time losing weight. A friend recommended I go see Dr. Tice. I was thrilled with the time he took with me and how he listened patiently to all my complaints, answered all my questions, and explained what we needed to do to get me to my best health. He didn't prescribe or recommend any supplements unless it was ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. I would recommend anyone, man or woman, to go see him!!!

Dr. Tice literally changed my life. By the time I found his office, I had been suffering from the effects of hormone imbalance for 10 years. I was depressed as I was attempting to manage symptoms on my own. The compassion and understanding of his office, brought me relief and a new life. Thank you Dr. Tice!

Dr. Tice is seriously the BEST. Balanced my hormones and changed my life. Life is worth living again! He did genetic tests that ended up being a game changer for me. So blessed to have found this doctor.
