This doctor has botched me makes women cry when the cast comes off any asymmetries after surgery will be blamed on the patients Anatomy even if you didn’t have the issues prior. He will report reviews to google as fake even when they arent and should be following the consumer review fairness act but doesn’t. This is what happens when you try to silence your patients/medically gaslight them and intimidate them with clauses that go against the consumer review fairness act. Spoke to lawyer asked them why dr yoo still puts these clauses threatening to sue over negative reviews in his contract knowing it’s illegal? Dr Yoo completely botched my friends nose and several others, he is unsympathetic and rude. Her nose is so crooked now and looks bigger than before. She can't even go outside anymore shes so devastated. He offers no type of refund or revision. STAY AWAY OR UR NOSE WILL BE UGLY

He gives the same nose to everyone! Went to him years ago because I was insecure about my nose but am still insecure about it because the bridge is built up too high in proportion to my face and it’s crooked! My nose is slanted to the left and I always wondered why it was slanted when I never had that issue to begin with. It wasn’t until I saw a TikTok video of a girl who went to this same doctor addressing these same issues that I realized this man needs to be stopped. I now have to get filler injections periodically to make it more straight. It’s a waste honestly. If you’re looking to get a rhinoplasty, Dr. Yoo ain’t the one. Save yourself the trouble and money and headache and go somewhere else.

I had a normal nose with a slightly bulbous tip that I wanted to be more refined and lifted. My nose is now crooked and droopy, and when I attempted to contact the office, they were wanting to charge me to do a revision of his botched work. Ladies (and men!), please don’t go to him for rhino unless you want your face to be destroyed. I hope his license to practice is taken away with lawsuits.

Just got my Botox and filler treatment done with Dr Yoo and my experience today was just as wonderful as my first time. The staff here are always really nice and patient and they take really good care of you before you see the doctor and after. Dr Yoo has such a nice demeanor. He took his time during our consult and he was so meticulous and gentle during the treatment. I didn't feel a thing. I'm sort of a veteran when it comes to Botox and fillers and definitely Dr Yoo is the best. I’ve been going to Dr. Yoo since 2015 for fillers. He’s honestly so amazing at what he does & so kind! I would never let anyone else touch my face with a needle but him lol. He helped even out the bridge of my nose with filler & now I’ve gotten under eye fillers & I feel amazing.

I am almost 2 months post-op. Although still pretty swollen, I am already very happy with the results of my rhinoplasty and cannot imagine how much better it will look once it is fully healed. I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel the need to due to the dishonesty this business has shown. Really unhappy with how my partner was treated here. She called to inquire about a procedure in 2019 and was told by the receptionist she should book a consult. My wife told the receptionist she would likely have to move this consult as she was not planning on getting the surgery until 2020, the receptionist promised her this would not be a problem, and that she could move this appointment as far back as she needed. She suggested we just get on the books. Cut to 2020, covid hit and Dr.Yoo split away from Dr.Nassif. Due to covid, my wife told Dr.Yoo’s clinic she could call back to schedule the consult once things calmed down. She again, was told this would not be a problem and she should call back to rebook. Now in 2021, she was just told the $200 she put down for the consult is no longer valid, and that the new consult fee is $500. Biggest slap in the face? The $200 doesn’t even count towards the new $500 consult fee and she was told to receive a refund through Dr.Nassif’s office. After calling Dr.Nassif’s office, she was told Dr.Yoo’s office was responsible for the refund. All in all, very dishonest business. You are told one thing, and then given another. Besides this, former patients have said Dr.Yoo’s brother has threatened lawsuits when you post poor reviews, someone even posted photos of this on real self. Horrible business practices. I can only say amazing things about Dr. Yoo and his staff. I have seen Dr. Yoo for the past three years for masseter botox which has greatly helped reduce my jaw clenching issue. With each booked visit, his staff was easy to communicate with and kindly send reminders as the appointment date approached! During every session, Dr. Yoo has one of his staff members in the room to help relax me by rubbing my back while he performs the non-surgical procedure! After a few days, I begin to feel my jaw clenching less and less, and my face starts to slims down after a few weeks. I got rhinoplasty done on Dec 15,2015 and recently got my cast and splints out and omg I am in love! My nose is perfect, even with the swelling. I can't stop smiling when I talk about my nose or look at my nose haha. I had exceptional service from when I walked in for my preop appointment to now. Not only is Dr. Yoo an amazing doctor, but the staff is phenomenal. Your lasting impression on a doctor connects with your experience with their staff and I am gladly to say. I had a good first impression. They were so kind to me and when I walked in, they always greet me with a smile. Even when I ran an hour late for my appointment (whoops). A good example of the staffs kindness was right before surgery, the nurse and I talked and talked about random things about Minnesota (where I'm from) and she really calmed down any nerves I had. Then there's Dr. Yoo, Dr. Yoo always spent his time answering any of my questions and never made me feel that I was being rushed out of my appointment (I've experienced this in the past with other doctors). He takes his time to explain things, and the process of rhinoplasty & making sure all the stitches are healing up nicely. I personally didn't get much bruising under my eyes and my healing process has been super smooth. I still go to the store and don't feel pain at all. I have always wanted a rhinoplasty since I was young but was nervous to go through it because there weren't that many well known surgeons who specialize in asian rhinoplasties. After my sister and I decided that this is something we both wanted, we had to make sure that we could find someone that could give us an improved version of our nose but still also maintain our ethnic characteristics. This review is based on my consultation through two week post op. I had narrowed down my search Dr.Yoo and another doctor in BH. During my online consult with Dr.Yoo, he was very patient and answered my questions and concerns. He speaks in a way that gets you comfortable and makes you feel that he genuinely cares about your best interest rather than just taking you in as a client for a cookie cutter surgery. He even emailed me the next day and thanked me for scheduling time to meet with him. I thought that was sweet and I didn’t get any follow up from the other doctor.
