The staff is horrible and rude. I’ve been a patient for years and finally decided I can’t take being treated this way anymore. My last appointment I was debating whether to just walk out. They are immature and not customer-friendly.

Dr. Russo does not listen to his patient. I was trying to tell him what's going on with me and he couldn't get past the fact that I was not there for a routine gynecological exam. Obviously my issue was too much of a challenge for him and he dismissed me. Would never refer anyone to a doctor that does not listen to his patient.
