She a great doctor ☺️????
She is a great doctor. But since a new company took over the business-side of her practice, that quality is as bad as I have ever experienced. I have gone to her for more than 20 years and have never felt so abandon. I have tried all day to reach her office with no results. Then get a recording the her number Is No longer a good number. No idea what is going on.
I really liked Dr. Dolan. She was very kind, thoughtful and thorough and took the time to fully understand my medical needs. She seemed very capable and had a great bedside manner. Her staff was all very courteous and I really liked her nurse Lindsey. The office is clean, pleasant and appeared to be well run. Great overall experience so highly recommend. Donna Dolan has been by Primary care Dr. for 20 years. She has also seen 6 of my family members during that period of time. All of us feel extremely bless by Dr Dolan's effective and compassionate care. Unfortunately, my wife and I are moving to NW Austin and will be changing Drs. I'd highly recommend Dr Dolan to anyone looking for a engaging Dr. who is genuinely interested in the overall health of her patients.
Gave my Paper work to another patient and had them complete to forms with my full name and birthdate printed on the questionnaire. Poor office staff, they were not going to tell me until I said more than once, I was not given any paperwork, to complete, Then, Dr. Dolan showed me the paperwork that was completed by another patient. Very bad experience.

This doctor is not available after hours. Her answering service told me tonight when my sick mom had a problem that she will not take CALL when she is sleeping. You must go to the ER with any problems - big or small because the doctor does not take calls in the night. FYI
