I’m beyond happy and know that the decision I made to go to this office was good, the level of care and knowledge everyone has is impressive. The office was clean. Dr. Soo-Hoo was amazing. Once I got in to see Dr. Soo-Hoo, it was smooth. She was so bright, personable + gave me confidence she knew her stuff. But, her staff was such a bummer I considered leaving before seeing the doctor. 1st time visit + when making appt, I asked the receptionist what streets they were between on Canal St - she both didn't get what I was asking, nor did she know the answer. Waiting room was large enough 4 all the patients who were in there, yet somehow I kept getting bumped into.
