Dr. Greenberg is a brilliant physician who truly cares for her patients.

After 16 years of taking my son here, they now refuse to see him. Why? Because the staff refuses to file insurance correctly and get prior authorizations. When the office stopped taking his insurance, we were told he was fine and grandfathered in. However, after I was on the phone for SIX hours with the insurance, trying to find out exactly what the office needed to do…I gave the instructions and they still couldn’t do it correctly. This resulted in non payment. However, the insurance co said they would back pay it all if they corrected it. As difficult as it is for people with autism to deal with change, this office gave us NO help. I requested a recommendation directly from Dr Greenberg, and after staying she would call the next day (she was supposed to find out about the insurance problem), I’ve not heard back from her. We loved her and Scott. My son respected them and wanted good reports for them. Now, we’ve been left stranded, with no direction or clue as what to do. That’s not how a business of this kind should work. After we’ve dealt with over 2 years of staff not being in office due to Covid, leaving messages and waiting days, if ever, to get a call back, bc no one answered the phone for 2 years! We have no clue who to go to now. She was the only dr within 3 hours drive of this kind. We were on a year wait list when we first got in. The two doctors in this office are absolutely wonderful and take their time to explain, help, and inform you. Since seeing them it has build a confidence in my sons care. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a developmental doctor.

Dr. Greenberg is one of the most AMAZING Dr's we've seen for our children. Not only is she VERY thorough, but she also cares about the well being of your children. Shoving pills down a child's throat is THE LAST thing she would do. She actually takes the time to get to know you and your child and your children are a top priority to her and her staff! By FAR THE BEST experience we've EVER had with a pediatrician
