Great atmosphere, awesome staff. Loved Dr. Bryant. Surgery on thumb on 3/22/2021.

I live in Texarkana, my experience with Dr Bryant was phenomenal to the fact I didnt mind the trip, So I referred several family and friends to him and they are all pleased with his work.

The staff was very nice. UNFORTUNATELY... I never got to see the doctor I was left in an examination room for over 1 and 1/2 hours. I was already in tremdous pain and considering I have anxiety issues and PTSDleaving me for that long of a time in a room that's called the begin with did nothing to help the situation. I would not recommend this particular place for people that have mental illness issues they were not very busy either so I am not sure why it was taking so long. all I can say is this disabled combat veteran was a nervous wreck by the time I was done and walked out. Great dr but do not get in no hurry! Everytime we have to come here we are here 3 + hrs after appt we are currently waiting appt was at 2;40, it is now 5:49 and haven't seen the Dr

I called today to make an appointment for my husband. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The receptionist answered the phone and I told her that I needed to make an appointment for **Insert Name**. She told me that I need to talk with my husband. I kept asking why. I told her that I was calling to make an appointment, and asked why would I need to speak with him to make an appointment when I had made numerous appointments before. The receptionist then got an attitude with me and started talking to me rudely. I then asked her when did the policy change where I couldn't make an appointment. She still wouldn't answer my question and then she rushed me off of the phone and hung up without letting me make an appointment. Since we can't make an appointment, we will go elsewhere, but the doctor is great!!

He is a very down to earth guy! Loved the chemistry at his office!!

He seems to be a good doctor. BUT don't be in a lot of pain and need report sent in quick so you can get treatment soon because you will be waiting and will only get a excuse for why it is taking so long for the office staff.

He is a very good Dr and he is a praying one!! He is funny as heck I have been useing him for years!
