Not a bad experience. Nice guy, professional, and did a thorough exam. Minus 1 star because he was very anxious to leave the room after completing the exam, rather than staying around to make sure I didn't have any additional questions (which I did). Also the diagnosis I received from this physician directly contradicted the diagnosis I have received from another physician in the clinic (Dr. Gilmore), which leaves me unsure what to believe.

I was a little disappointed with the appointment. I was scheduled to bring a driver with me, and after being there, I was told they wouldn't have time to do the procedure. I understand being busy, but if I didn't need my wife to bring me, it would have been nice to know. Consequently, I had to return to W. Des Moines from Story City the following day. Also, I believe Dr. Casady is excellent, however, at no time did he introduce himself. I found that a little unprofessional.

Dr. Casady is very caring and takes time to explain things thoroughly. Very impressed with him!

My experience was great! Everyone I interacted with was very professional and treated me kindly. My eyelid procedure went as planned and they told me I would look like I had been in a fight for a couple weeks, which was true! But it has healed nicely and I am very pleased!

Very professional, informative and listened to my concerns. Explained treatment options and was thorough.

I recommend Dr.Cassidy . I was very pleased on how well everything went. At first I was a little nervous. Really great Dr!

Nothing out of the ordinary appoointment. Dr. Casady was informative

My 9 month old daughter had a blocked tear duct- he was very thorough in explaining the surgery and it went very quickly and smoothly! no problems at all and we're a month out.

Dr. Casady was a gentle, kind physician who has wonderful bedside manner and always makes you feel special and takes his time answering your questions and alleviating any fears you may have.

I'm very pleased with the treatment provided by Dr. Casady. I feel that he took the time to answer all my questions and explained the procedure well. I have no complaints.

My experience was very poor. He was unpleasant and uninterested in me as a patient. I was in mid-sentence when he abruptly stood up and dismissed me. I would not recommend him to other patients as his manner, judgmental almost, leaves much to be desired. The wait time for an appointment was excessive and the wait time at the clinic was excessive.

He has a very good bedside manner. He listens and answers all my questions and if one thing isnt working is willing like me to do the research to find what works.

Dr. Casady is as professional, kind, compassionate, and personable a physician as I have had the privilege of knowing. I am thankful that he is part of our medical community.
