Dr. Cipriano took the time to explain what my options were. He also took the time to fit me with an ankle brace, which has helped me a lot. He is knowledgeable and partners with you to make decisions for your life and lifestyle. We came up with a plan!

He replaced my hip and I cannot say enough about the great care I received. I had many questions, all of which were answered completely.

My hip replacement surgery went very well as did my recovery. He answered all my questions completely and patiently.

I had a compound fracture and Dr. Cipriano treated it with a metal rod. On my final visit, my foot was extremely swollen and very discolored. When I asked him what was wrong, he said "nothing". On my return to Dallas, I went to the medical school. The orthopedic surgeon I saw there looked at my leg and told me I could lose my leg. She said the metal rod had to come out. She said they never put a rod in a compound fracture as it was a breeding ground for infection.

I think he is probably a good doctor, just not interested. Doesn't seem to care much about what he is doing. Doesn't really volunteer much information... Maybe burnout?

I'm a difficult case and Dr. Cipriano has taken the time to figure out what is going on with my knee's and then fixed the problem when other physician's said that it was impossible to do so. He gave me hope that I had lost. I am able to run and play with my kids, when other doctor's had told me that I would be unable to do so.

After tearing my meniscus, I needed arthroscopic knee surgery quickly so I wouldn't miss my summer water sports. I called the office and got in immediately. Surgery was scheduled 3 days later. Dr. Cipriano and his staff are extremely professional and competent. This was the best doctors office I have ever dealt with!

Two visits yielded the same results. Both had over 1 hour waiting times, the doctor didn't bring my reports or MRI into the room to refer to. He was rude and aggressive in manner when I asked for a more detailed explanation of my condition. Concerning a second opinion, he wouldn't explain his reasoning but replied he didn't 'want to get into a fight with other doctors.' Turns out he doesn't do knee replacements anymore, which leads me to believe he wasn't interested in my condition, as he couldn't make any money out of it. He walked out of the room abruptly to review the MRI. He terminated the consult by simply walking away without another word. He has the worst bedside manner of any physician I have ever consulted. I would not recommend him to anyone.
