I have been coming to this dental office for 9 years now. I got my husband to come here too! Dr Sheets is the best, he would greet you by your name. He is the nicest and listens to your concerns. Marina is my dental hygienist. Everytime I come, she is always so nice. She gave all the information you need on how to properly clean your teeth and floss them. She puts on relaxing music in the room which is so helpful to get you to relax.

Called and received an appointment for the very next day to refill a lost filling. I was able to complete necessary paperwork online in less than 10 minutes. Mr. Sheets and his associates were quick, practiced and quite gentle with the anesthesia and the tooth repair.

Great service by Dr. Sheets and everyone on his staff. I don't like "going to the dentist" but, I HAD a serious problem that needed attention. Problem solved! I will return for normal maintenance.

Great experience! I hadn't been to a dentist in ages and they didn't shame me or scold me for it. They use a cool ultrasonic water jet first so there's almost none of the old-fashioned scraping we all hate, even for lapsed patients like me. The staff is friendly and professional.

Today was my first appointment with Dr Douglas Sheets, DDS. Everything went perfectly. The equipment they use for diagnostics and x-rays are top of the line. The hygienist I worked with today was very understanding of my questions. She explained everything that was going on and she did a phenomenal job taking care of my teeth. When Dr sheets came in he was professional in every way. He did a very thorough examination of my teeth and explain to everything that he was seeing. After that he reviewed step by step what needed to be done on which teeth. I know that I found a dentist that I will stay with a very long time. For teeth cleaning I highly recommend. Other than that go elsewhere. He and the staff do not listen well or follow up. I have several stances. I will never go to this dentist ever again. BEWARE 1. May 2019 - Cleaning/Checkup - Cleaning went well, Dr. did not do a checkup. Hygienist said I required a deep clean which was scheduled. 2. June 2019 - Returned for deep clean. Dr. on vacation so still checkup. 3. July 2019 - Returned to follow up from deep clean. Dr. didn't know what I was there for and hygienist was no longer employed there. When I expressed my concern about getting an unneeded procedure I was informed that it was covered under insurance. My concern was just as I stated. Why was I told I needed a deep clean when I actually did not? No true response other than a poor apology. 4. Nov 2019 - Cleaning/checkup went well. 5. May 2020 - Tooth had been bothering me for a period of time during Covid shutdown. I saw Dr. Sheets first week of opening. While he didn't see an issue but suggested it could be crack in the tooth, then offered a crown. What he should have done is refer me to an endodonist to make verify diagnosis. Instead he suggested a crown...not only that, but an in office crown he could do that day. My little voice told me don't do it, but I did it. His craftsmanship was not good. The tooth was/is rough, the bite was not right. Each time I suggested it wasn't right during the visit he rushed through grinding it down more. Finally he had is assistant do the work. She actually asked me what tooth she should be working on. Incredible. I left there not pleased with the process. They told me to come back if I had further issues. June 2020 - I returned for a Cleaning/checkup and also mentioned my bite was still not right. The cleaning went great. The checkup never happened. Dr. came in and started grinding on the bite once again and commented that the tooth should not give me any further issue, unless of course I needed a root canal. What..wait, shouldn’t a true diagnosis be done before all this? Again I was kicking myself for not listening to my little voice. Guess what he was wrong. Here's the facts. There is a very good reason to get the standard two part crown. 1. The two part crown allows for inflammation to reduce before placing the permanent. Also if another procedure needs done on the same tooth the crown can be removed and put back into place. This can't be done with an in office crown. I left the office this time extremely disappointed and let the front desk know how disappointed I was. I have never received a follow up from any of my visits. 6. June 2020 - Another dentist and endodonist. I found out from two other destists that Dr. Sheets ground my crown down so far that the tooth does not have the occlusion for a proper bite. Shoddy work and a just get the job done attitude. Just as many go for a 2nd opinion for a surgery I highly recommend doing the same for extreme dental work. Don't be lulled in by convenience. I had never had major issue with my teeth. Dr. Sheets did not have my best interest in mind when he or his staff made recommendations. Again, I will never go to this dentist ever again. BEWARE For teeth cleaning I highly recommend. Other than that go elsewhere. He and the staff do not listen well or follow up. I have several stances. I will never go to this dentist ever again.
