I've been seeing Dr. Wallace for about two years. He is a caring doctor but I cannot say the same for the nurses or staff. They have very poor patient skills and can be rude. My last two visits have been very awkward and less than professional. I had to ask basic questions that should have been answered before leaving. DR WALLACE AND HIS STAFF ARE A CARING GROUP OF PEOPLE . THEY TREAT YOU AS FAMILY.

Very caring employees and medical professionals

I’m really disappointed to find out that I can’t get a simple antibiotic to treat A sinus infection due to Covid. I had a slight fever for one day and they want to send me for a Covid test or they won’t treat me? The antibiotics could treat both if I had it and it hurts no one. Health care is a mess and it’s a shame that this office seems to care more about getting Covid numbers and using common sense than caring for the patients needs. So what you give me Maybe it would clear up my sinus infection but instead you tell me to quarantine for ten days. Even Stephanie King has sold us out it for the benefit of covid. Why, so you can make more money after calling it Covid! What a shame. What a nightmare that they don’t care to treat patients anymore. God help us all if this doesn’t get fix quickly! My mom,brother, my kids and me been goin to Dr. Wallace for years best Dr. i ever had.. He cares. He is honest and dont talk down to you..

I have been going to Dr. Wallace for decades. I have moved a couple of times around Columbus and still keep him as my doctor. He has taken care of me, my daughters and now my husband. We are always treated with respect, kindness and care. I'm 64 years old now and I am given the best treatment needed whether by him or he will refer me to a specialist. I’ve been trying to get a hold of Michelle for 2 weeks now. Left multiple messages. She waits until almost closing. I even called the receptionist and had me transferred to her line and left her a voicemail. So ridiculous you can’t even figure out if the physician can refill your prescription.

Best, most caring doctor I've had!!

Best family doc that I have ever been to. My family and I have been patients for years. Once years ago, he quickly identified a very serious condition and got me the treatment that I needed before things got out of hand. Great Doctor. Great man. I highly recommend.

My mom has not even seen this Doc but the receptionist in clinic has much to be desired. My mom went in to ask a question, she is 84yr, the receptionist was on the phone couldn't get off to see what my mom needed. When my mom tapped on the window again she complied but when my mom wanted an appt. and showed her insurance card Humana PPO the receptionist told her she would have to call her insurance to see if she was allowed to see this Doc. This was unacceptable and no appt will be made here.
