Word of advise. This office is notorious for billing errors and leaving out important info to insurance companies. Also very poor on informing you what you may and may not be charged for. Please be very specific about what you need done. They will not follow through on anything and you will most likely be billed. Also very poor on sending info to insurance companies. Always partial info, so you will need to call, resubmit, and return for more labs. Very, very poor on giving you info on what is needed. This is only written after 4 major issues with this office in billing errors. You can be as specific as needed and somehow the correct info still won't get to where it is needed. Dr. Oetman has always treated every member of my family with the utmost care, respect, and kindness. He has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable!! Highly recommend!!!
