Phenomenal physician!! He patiently listens to your questions and comments and gives great medical evaluations and advice. Very nice and friendly staff. They too are patient with you. I almost never make an appointment and I have never waited for long periods of time to be seen. Five stars are an understatement for the level of professionalism and care that I receive every time that I visit. I strongly recommend this office to anyone who are in needs of the services that are provided Phenomenal physician!! Today was my very first time coming into this building or practice. When I came in, I was not greeted at all by the front desk whatsoever and before I could even get “hello” out I was rudely interrupted by the front desk lady saying that lunch was until 2pm. I was very unaware of this and had a simple question. If lunch is until 2pm, then your doors should be locked and/or have a sign up saying that you will not be available until 2pm. One of the worst encounters I could have ever possibly had, even if it was for literally 5 seconds. The front desk needs better training, it says a lot about the business itself. Dr.True he ok but it’s the front desk people who is rude and no help this been my doctor for over decade and I will be switching somewhere else I bet they not rude when they bill my insurance tho

I have been seen by Dr. Trieu a handful of times and yes his bedside manner is wonderful and he is a great listener. I do feel that he truly wants to provide the best care he is capable of. My concerns lie with the building and other practices themselves. As others have mentioned the front desk staff is lacking genuine care for the patients that walk through the door. The building itself is very old, does not seem to have been updated for a long time and I legit just heard a very large sounding critter run across the ceiling tiles while waiting for the doctor. Also, I am pretty certain that a front desk employee just took my blood pressure and weight instead of a nurse. She did not ask me any questions about changes to my health or medications. Overall if Dr. Trieu was located somewhere else with a better supporting staff I would likely feel comfortable continuing to see him however that is not the case so today I will have my records transfered to a new practice. I truly enjoy everyone at Doctor Trieu's office. I feel he truly cares about me and my unborn child. I think it's very unfortunate that he is unable to deliver at our Hospital

My husband and I both saw Dr. True on Monday of this week, we both have allergies. He prescribed some cough syrup and a Zpack. He is such a nice Dr., he listens and takes time with your concerns. He has helped us a lot with our health problems. We highly recommend him. He keeps late hours also.

Well today was my first visit. It seems like Dr.T, don’t mine listening to his patients my only complaint is I got a Pap smear, today n I couldn’t c what’s going on of course in addition normally the doctor would hv his assistant (nurse,witness) right by his side. I didn’t like that at all . Now I sit here thinking why did I not speak up? I will b getting another blood work done . I guess trust issues. Well today was my first visit. I started seeing Dr. Trieu 14 yrs ago. He is very professional with a down to earth personality. Dr. Trieu shows how caring and concerned he is with his patients because he is never in a hurry. Love his nurse Gwen. The staff is great.

Great Doctor staff is friendly and caring

Excellent care as always with a very short wait for service.

Service is quick and efficient. Only thing is that I didn't have time to ask a question before leaving.

Dr. Trieu has delivered my 3 year old, and even to this day he still takes care of me. He is a wonderful Dr.!!!! The nurse I had was wonderful also!

This is the best doctor I have yet to find he is one amazing doctor! Love Dr.Trieu.....He always listens and always understands how i feel. Even after a miscarriage, he was very sympathetic. I always leave happy, knowing I will have what I need to feel better. He is my fav doctor ever! I hope he never leaves us!

Dr. Trieu is the best.

NP Carolyn Leach and Dr. T are great! They listened to my issues and worked to find a solution that will actually work, rather than brushing me off like many other doctors will/Do. This was my first time in the clinic because I recently moved to South Boston, but I will be using Carolyn as my PCP from now on.

Very likely to refer friends in family to Dr. Trieu. Already have referred my husband. Dr. Trieu is very kind and understanding.

Very satisfied with the care provided.

He is an excellent doctors. The minute I walk in to minute I leave completely taken care of. He is so gentle and kind very professional and best staff too. Many a times I walk in and he take care of everything I asked for. I recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Trieu is a (Trieu) professional who listens to his patients and takes into account their concerns. He was thorough in his examination and took the time to explain his recommendations for treatment. He attended to me personally from start to finish. After triage ofcourse. Service was prompt and I didn't spend all day waiting in the reception area or the exam room. Matter of fact, I was called back before I could finish my walk in paperwork. Extremely pleasant experience.
