Be extremely careful when choosing a doctor to provide health care for a loved one. Sometimes a doctors "know it all" ego can get in the way of them providing proper care. It is also important that the staff is competent with scheduling and providing care as well.

Dr. Neal has be our daughter’s doctor since she was an infant. She is now 6 years old and all her health success is to be accredited to him. Our daughter was born with 4 kidney systems (making her extremely rare-leaving Dr. Neal with no guidelines as to how to treat her conditions due to her unique anatomy). Dr. Neal has gone above and beyond to preform the tests, surgeries and all things necessary to keep our girl healthy. He is by far the best (and I don’t say that often). His communication with us is superb. His bedside manner is superior. His intelligence is excellent. He truly cares about our daughter and us. He far exceeds our expectations and leaves really big shoes to fill for anyone who is to follow him. He is honest and gets things done. In my opinion, Dr. Neal IS the standard by which other doctors should follow. If there were more doctors like Dr. Neal, the world would be a much better place. He is simply put, the best and absolutely irreplaceable.

Dr. Neal saved my son’s life. His kind bedside manner and the thought he put behind all his medical decisions always made us feel at ease. I could not recommend a doctor more.

MY grandson has seen Dr. Neal since birth and is still under his care. This man has been a blessing to all of us. Our grandson is never afraid of going to his appointments even though he has had numerous procedures and surgeries. Dr. Neal is always available to answer questions and talks to our grandson so that he will understand what he is doing and is very reassuring to him and his parents. Dr. Neal performed a partial nephrectomy on me (at the time, I was 32 years old, now 34). He was the only one willing to do the partial nephrectomy that I wanted. His bedside manner is wonderful, and he makes you feel at ease. I have his cell phone number, and can text him to ask about medications I can take, etc. I can follow up to find out CT results without having to go to the office. He usually replies within an hour, which is an amazing feeling to know that your doctor is there when you need him, and that he cares enough to be that involved for his patients. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him! I highly recommend him!

Once we learned to know Dr. Neal, we appreciated his care for our child. He was great ????

While practicing in Oklahoma Dr Neal took care of my mom several times. Could not ask for a better physician. Outstanding bedside manor. Treated us all like family. love him

Dr. Neal did a kidney removal and other bladder surgery last month. I can not tell you or express how we feel about him. Dr. Neal gave us something that we thought may never happen. I am so thankful to him. He is a wonderful doctor and his bedside manner is absolutely incredible. While inpatient he checked on us a minimum of 3 times a day. We have never had that before.

He was my daughter's urologist, he's got amazing bedside manner with the kids. He's extremely skilled and genuinely cares about his patents. I would highly recommend him to everyone needing a great urologist. I would defiantly go to him again. Thanks, for being a real person behind the degree
