This is a really great place to get your eyes checked. Dr. Belt is very knowledgeable. The receptionists are incredibly nice and caring toward customers.

I don’t leave reviews unless someone pisses me off- this isn’t the case. I’ve never had a more thorough eye appointment than what I received today! Dr Belt took his time to explain things I didn’t quite understand, as well as having a super easy going personality. The equipment was top of the line it seemed. The ladies working in the front (Lindsey x2) were so helpful with explaining my insurance and even helped me choose a pair! Honestly I’d travel, if I had to, to see him again. I absolutely love this place. All the ladies that work here are awesome, very professional and remarkably nice. And you’re out in under an hour. And now for Dr. Dylan Belt he is the best, he takes his time with you and recommends the best option for you.. I was referred to this office by Dr. Gatten’s office because they didn’t have any availability, and now it’s been 3 years and I’m still very happy with the service. This is the best eye care practice EVER, ANYWHERE. Dr. Belt is very knowledgeable with diabetic eye care and super thorough. His office staff are very nice and truly do everything they can to help patients. They go above and beyond to see that patients have what they need. The wait time is better than expected. Very nice staffing, good selection and a quick delivery.

The only place that was willing to see me on short notice. I woke up and had poped a blood vessel in my eye and was scared I had a worse issue cause of the soreness and blurriness when I woke up. I called multiple doctors including my vision center at HII. No one was willing to look at my eye, until I called this office. The building is extremely beautiful in down town Franklin, and the staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. It had a real home town feel and made you feel at home. I can't Express how grateful I am that places like this still exist. Thank you Dylan B. Belt,OD I will definitely be calling to set up a follow up appointment for a new pair of glasses and contacts. Dr Belt took his time to look at & check every aspect that was needed. Far more than other Drs have in the 20 years I've had glasses. The ladies up front are VERY helpful and have always been smiling & as happy to see each person that came through the door as the next! They were super patient with my indecisive 7 year old, went way beyond the standard "customer service" to make sure he had frames that he liked and fit well. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful! They are experts on vision, as well as, experts on helping you decide which frames are a perfect fit for your face. Highly recommended!

I love going to Dr Belt's office. He is so kind to my children and thorough in his examinations, they take our insurance and work with us to determine using our benefit- how we can save the most money. Their frame selection is extensive and the atmosphere in the office is always welcoming.

It had been a long time since I had an eye exam, but Dr. Belt's staff made me super comfortable with the whole process. Dr. Belt was very thorough, and explained everything as it was happening. When it came time to pick out new frames, the staff was so patient! I tried on a million different frames! When my order came in, they were absolutely perfect! I will definitely be coming back, and bringing my five year old son here for his first eye exam as well! I recommend this place to everyone I know!
