Mise well pack a lunch, you will be sitting for a good while. 30 minutes early to appointment, been waiting at least 1 hr... would hate to be in an emergency..and people just going to back that just arrived, still sitting here???? Why schedule appointments if you don't adhere to them

Dr. Golightly cares for his patients. He will take care of your needs and deliver quality of work. He is also very knowledgeable and will give you the attention you deserve.

Does not listen to his patients, grabbed my neck last visit because he sid not feel like answering my questions and felt like he choked me. Reported his behavior to the medical board review. ????

Professional personnel through out from from check in office to nurse assistant, Doctor and billing. The patient come first, wonderful caring people.

I highly recommend Dr. Earl Golightly. He is a brilliant ENT and plastic surgeon who listens to his patients and is compassionate about his work. He takes pride in finding the problem and fixing it while giving God all the glory. He has an excellent eye for art and a passion for perfection. With that winning combination, you will be well pleased with your results. I recently had the Secret Pro Co2 with microneedling treatment and I am very pleased. It took years off my appearance, brightened my skin, smoothed out the wrinkles and my skin is much more firmer. It is definitely worth the cost and minimal pain because it brought my confidence back. Dr. Golightly has a great staff too, especially his wife who runs the allergy department. She is a highly intelligent, hard-working person whom is a delight to be around. Friendly staff. They actually listen.

Dr. Golightly and his staff are extreme irresponsible regarding the covid-19 pandemic. Upon my appointment today, I noticed that none of the staff were wearing masks, along with the fact that there was a chalkboard discouraging patients from taking the vaccine, claiming that the virus is “99.9% Curable” and that there are other ways to “prevent” catching the virus, including “G-Force, CMax and D-3.” This is extremely irresponsible and is FEAR MONGERING. Let alone, the lack of evidence I can find about using these methods as a Covid preventative. People like this are the reason that we are still in a pandemic after a year and why so many people have died from this virus. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Golightly after this experience. This is not the way to act as a medical team. I am extremely disappointed and angry about this. Dr. Golightly and his staff are extreme irresponsible regarding the covid-19 pandemic. Have been seeing Dr. Golightly for many years. Always professional but easy to talk to.

I have had three back surgeries over the years and for the last six or eight months I’ve been in a lot of pain and worried about facing a fourth surgery. I visited my back doctor who administered four trigger point shots in an effort to help with the pain but they provided little to no relief. A friend suggested I visit Dr. Golightly’s office and try the RevelLUX light treatment. To be honest, I was skeptical this could help relieve my pain but made an appointment anyway. I found the staff extremely professional and genuinely concerned about the well-being of their patients. The procedure only took a few minutes and I left still not expecting much. By that evening, my pain was virtually gone and I have remained pain free for three days and counting. I have no idea how long this will last but I’m sure I’ll return for another treatment if and when it’s needed. If you are dealing with chronic pain, I highly recommend calling Dr. Golightly’s office and give RevelLUX a try. My doctor send the requested form to see me back in May & never got a call back. 2 months passed I called and they said they haven’t got anything from my doctor. I went to my doctor and she sent it again, still never got a call back. I called them and told them I’m not longer interested in their service. I tried twice and still they didn’t go out of the way to try to book me in. They don’t take walk ins, only request from doctors, they’re always booked 3 months out according to their secretary on the phone. I call another ENT and they didn’t even need it a request, I told them I felt something was wrong with me and they believe me,(cause nobody know their body better than yourself) and only you know when something is wrong. Anyways they make my appointment and now they have become my primary ENT. this ENT in fayetteville do want my money. (: they are excellent by the way! Very organized, very friendly, very professional, and very well educated. They do care & make you feel like your health is important to them. I expected to be met with someone checking my temperature and making sure I had a mask due to Covid 19 just as I had at other Dr. appointments. No one even acknowledged there was a pandemic. No safety measures used at all. None of the staff wore masks, no sanitizer anywhere. I felt very uncomfortable since I am in the vunerable population. It seemed to be a total disregard of everyone's health.

Terrible atmosphere. Always late with excuses. Today my appointment was more than an hour and a half late and his excuse was "I woke up late and got here late". He smells like he bathed in cigarette smoke. Comes in wearing used gloves and doesn't clean them. Never appologizes, respects our space, or even greets us. Had a fantastic experience at Dr. Golightly's office yesterday. Don't listen to that ill tempered woman that posted! Each person was nicer than the next, from the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Golightly they were all warm, friendly and caring. It was my first time there and Dr. Golightly took the time to explain things with the pictures. I have definitely added them to my list of Doctors. Best Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor around! I've been seeing Dr. Golightly for many years. I don't go there because of his office staff, nursing staff, or comfort of his chairs. I go to see Dr. Golightly because of his medical expertise and knowledge. He performed sinus surgery on me a few years ago, which worked beautifully. Dr. Golightly is professional, friendly, and a perfectionist. As to his staff, the receptionist is friendly and efficient; the nurse assistant is curt and seems to be in a rush; the waiting room is just fine.

Had an appointment for 4, didn't see the doctor until 5. Doctor is good but the wait is insulting.

Everyone in this office is very caring. Dr Golightly always takes his time with me and my daughter. They always get us in for an appointment, even at last minute. He cares for his patients and makes you feel like you have received quality medical care.

I have been taking my Dad to Dr. Golightney for 8 years. We have always sat in the waiting room for around 1 Hour each time and then you always sit in an examination room for another 30 minutes. Dr. G is like all Dr.s they overbook patients and make you wait extremely long times before you see them and then its rush, rush, rush to get you out of there. Office staff is very friendly and professional but the nurses are snoody.

Dr. Golightly and staff are very kind, professional and accommodating. I have been a patient since 2007 and have never experienced any problems. I love how friendly everyone is!

I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Golightly for ENT issues. He is very knowledgeable and very kind. I ask a lot of questions and he answered each one with patience and respect. After having sinus surgery I am breathing much better and glad my pain is gone.

Very rude staff my husband needed a appointment ASAP paying cash price and have been there before all she could say is we don't have any availability which is not true. The actual Dr seems to act like everyone is on drugs one time we went there and he said just go to the hospital what kind of Dr is that? Do not recommend them at all!
