Dr. El-Yussif was professional and answered all my questions in terms that a layman could understand. He went through all the treatment options that were available to me. He also noticed that one of my legs was swollen and recommended a doctor I could see.

Dr El Yussif is always attentive and helpful. He has a wonderfully dry sense of humor which I enjoy.

I absolutely do recommend him. If you have to have joint replacements done dont wait. It only gets worse. Go see this doctor and you wont regret it. He replaced both my knees and I can walk pain free!

This was my 1 year follow up after having a partial knee replacement. (Which was highly successful & I am pain free) It was a pleasure to be in a office with very pleasant staff & very attentive. Dr. El-Yusuf answered all my questions he was equally patient and listened to needs as in the first visit. I also loved the reminder text message.

Dr. El-Yussif replaced my left hip. Also took care of my right hip after a fall where I fractured my fever. He is very caring about his patients and their well being! Would recommend him highly to anyone!

Friendly Staff appointment on time I knew I wanted Dr El-Yussif to do my knee surgery within the first three minutes of meeting him so professional so personable made me at ease right away very positive

On my initial consultation, Dr El-Yussif was attentive to my concerns, answered my questions and relieved much of my anxiety regarding the surgery for my knee replacement. He shared with me what I would expect before, during and after the surgery care. His office set up my appointments and made sure I had all the tools and information needed. My quality of life is so much better today and better yet, I am pain free. I highly recommend Dr El-Yussif, his team and his staff.

I have had 2 meniscus tears taken care of by Dr. El-Yussif and both were very successful. He is very approachable and made sure I had all my questions and concerns taken care of. Dr. El-Yussif is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. My surgery went smoothly and my recovery was quick and complete. My physical therapist could not believe how quickly I recovered, less than two weeks from walker to cane to nothing. Dr el- Yussif's follow up is very good. I highly recommend Dr El-Yussif any and all orthopedic issues you my have.

I had heard such good thing about Dr. El-Yussif which in my experience was correct. From years of knee pain and limitations he explained with full detail on my replacement possibilities so I could understand it clearly. The surgery went well without a hitch and the follow up appointments. The office staff, Henry Ford hospital were all great.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. He came in asked me to point out where my pain was in my hip. Stated that it couldn’t be bursitis, that it was my back or my spine, Which I have no pain in either area and said there was nothing he can do for me. Suggested that I go back to therapy. He didn’t even examine me or take x-rays. My primary care care physician sent me to him after I had a bone scan because he was a bone doctor. I am also a cancer survivor. She thought it could possibly be a recurrence and he refused to talk about my bone scan.

Dr. Eddie gave me my life back! I spent over a year visiting doctor after doctor with no accurate diagnosis. First visit to Dr Eddie and we had a plan. Dr Eddie replaced both of my hips with outstanding results! He has performed multiple surgeries on 4 members of our family! There is a huge difference between a good doctor and a great doctor. Dr. Eddie is great and a credit to his profession.

I had a total knee replacement 1 year ago and Dr. Ed-Yussef and his entire staff were so very kind and helpful. I have had an excellent result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. The office is very friendly and they have always seen me on time. They are courteous and friendly on the phone and I never feel rushed. Thanks again for changing my life!

I found Dr. El-Yussef's practice during my search for help with a very painful knee. At that first visit he listened to me, and he heard me. At 73 years old, I was hesitant to have surgery, so he recommended physical therapy first. During my follow-up appointment we talked about what I wanted. We talked about the physical therapy and about going forward with surgery. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered every question while not pushing me in any direction. He told me what to expect and let me make the decision to have a total knee replacement. Once I made that decision, it was all pretty quick. Dr. El-Yussef's patience made the experience positive for me. Surgery was the best decision and I'm thankful I went ahead with it. I'm a new person! I highly recommend Dr. El-Yussef and his team. I can hardly believe how much better my day-to-day life is with my new knee!

Dr. El-Yussif changed my life. I was in constant pain and struggling to walk. My right leg was severely bowed out at the knee and my left hip was also ready for replacement. Despite pre-existing conditions, Dr. El-Yussif did a successful replacement of both hip and knee joints. I am both blessed and grateful. Dr. El-Yussif changed my life.

I went in for my one-year post surgery check-up. As usual, the appointment started on time and everyone was professional, efficient and friendly.

It has been a year since my knee surgery. I could not be happier with the results. Upon my office visit I was greeted by friendly office staff and especially Dr. El-Yussif. My knee replacement with Dr. El-Yussif couldn't have gone any better. I was nervous about having this surgery but now I'm so happy I did. Any concerns or questions I had through this experience were answered by Dr El-Yussif, Dave or the staff. No more pain and I got my motion and life back.

He’s very patient and caring. Especially since I’ve had insurance issues, on my end, not the office. He’s very knowledgeable and I trust his opinion regarding my knee injury. I highly recommend him and his office.

Dr. El-Yussif did a revision of my left knee February 26, 2018. The original appliance, done in 2013 by a surgeon in Fl had failed (manufacturer defect). I have never felt better, there’s been some “normal” complications that go along with this type of surgery and Dr. El-Yussif and his staff have been there along the way to help get me on my feet. His assistant, Dr. David Slapyznski is also great! The office staff is friendly and helpful as well! Would highly recommend Dr. El-Yussif!

Dr. EL yusiff would be a 10 if they had that grade. Great bedside manners, had me upp and out the door same day. Didnt push me, but i was ready. No problems post op. Its been 3 years i have been back up and Dancing.

If you need the best in the bussiness on a prossional and on a personal level, go see Dr. El-Yussif. Let me say the only mistake you could make is to NOT, repeat is to NOT SEEK OUT Dr. El-Yussif. Because of his abilities, technical knowledge, and perfect skills as a surgeon, we are once again a fully functioning NON- wheel chair bound person. Others turned us away stating they could NOT help to the point of being fully functional. Well he did it and we are extremely thankful.

I had a great an minimal pain free recovery. Very happy with my new hip.

Dr. El Yousif replaced my left knee in December ‘17. I could not have been more pleased with my results. I was up walking almost immediately after recovery and rehabbed quickly with very little pain. I would highly recommend Dr. El Yousif.

Doctor Eddie El-Yussif replaced my right knee in February of 2017. I had suffered with pain and very low ROM for many years from a fall at work around 1985. Since my replacement I am back to normal with no pain and much better ROM. I have met with other knee replacement recipients of different doctors that had serious issues after their operations. Some people have had as many as three follow up operations to correct various issues with their new knee. I highly recommend Dr. EL-Yussif.

Dr. El-Yussif is awesome. Will soon be having my second hip replacement performed by Dr. El-Yussif and would highly recommend him and his staff.

I just had a hip replaement procedure done by Dr. El-Yussif on 11/13, and discharged on 11/14! I could not be happier with the result! HE IS THE BEST!!!!!!

Dr. El-Yussif is an incredible Doctor! He is the third Orthopedic Surgeon that I have seen, and the last! He is very personable and takes time to explain procedures. He answers questions and takes his time with his patients. I feel very well cared for in his office. His injections are the smoothest in the business, and I have had numerous injections through the years. He operated on my knee and my recovery was fast. He is a top notch surgeon and I highly recommend him! Great office staff as well

I'm so impressed with Dr. El-Yussif, David, his PA and the staff at their offices. My hip replacement surgery was very successful. I have not had any pain. What I really appreciate is how organized the process was in setting up the class, the surgery and follow-up. Big thanks to Shirley! You saved me lots of time and worry by making sure all my ducks were in a row. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. EL-Yussif.

Performed one very sucessful knee replacement and one not sucessful

I had a hip replacement with Dr. El-Yussif and he was wonderful! He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He did such a good job that I hardly had any pain and I was able to go home the next day. I would recommend him to anybody, he is an amazing surgeon.

When I meet Dr. El- Yussif he was performing a seminar on people with arthritis. I went up to him and asked if I was to young for a knee replacement he looked at me and said pain knows no age. Dr. El-Yussif has preformed partial knee replacments on both of my knees and with each surgery has shown me great care. Flowers in my room, office visits when needed at a moments notice, and showed genuine concern for my well being. Him and his team are the utmost professional people I have worked with.

Explained everything well. Left the discussion up to me for when I was physically and mentally ready to have knee replacement. Never had surgery or even a hospital stay before so I was not ready to hear I needed a knee replacement. He honestly told me it was up to me to put off for as long as I could stand the discomfort then come back when I was ready. After 2 months of physical therapy to see if that would help (it didn't), I was ready for surgery. Everything went as he explained and planned.

He is a caring Dr. El-Yussif always thinks of his patients feelings and does the best he can for you.. I appreciate Dr. Very Much..

The staff at the office was very friendly and professional. I was taken into a room a few minutes after my arrival. There was virtually no wait time between entering the room being seen by the medical assistant having x-rays and seeing Dr. El-Yussif. Dr. El-Yussif was very thorough timely and friendly. He took time to explain my condition and treatment. I felt very comfortable and well informed after my visit. I will definitely refer Dr. El-Yussif to anyone looking for an orthopedic doctor.

Being nervous about surgery, Dr. El-Yussif put me at ease with his demeanor and all the information he provided about my surgery. He always listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Surgery was a success and I'm so happy! Thanks Dr. E!

He is helpful and tried other avenues before surgery and than when surgery was only option it went very smooth. He is a great doctor and would recommend him !!!! The girls in the office are great too!!!

Dr. El-Yussif is an excellent doctor. My knee replacement was more involved that a traditional knee replacement and I was worried. I wanted a doctor t could communicate with and Dr. El-Yussif was great. He is on top of new advancements in the field including Rapid Recovery. With his care I had no problems or issues and my replacement was a success. I am hoping to golf after only 3 months! I absolutely recommend Dr. El Yussif and his staff, they are 5 stars all the way.

I had a total knee replacement on October 10, 2015 and by December 10, 2015 that's 2 months, I was walking and feeling great, this guy know his stuff, He will spent the time you need to answer your questions and take time after surgery to stop by to see how you are doing. He cares about his patients. I would recommend Dr. El-Yussif anytime, He did a great job.
