Dr Torlak has an excellent ability to identify and pursue the right solutions quickly. She is easy to communicate with and we would highly recommend her.

I love this doctor. She is kind and understanding. She is very knowledgeable and an all around good person/doctor. I highly recommend her.

Never listened, did not care, wasted too much time lying, and had to travel far I don’t know why I even bothered, and lied with her Arabic friend about things that could have been prevented. Yes she did wear a big mask.

I supplied a MRI report that I had when I had UCD doctors to her twice & she NEVER put the diagnosis in my file. Her excuse...the scanning dept never scanned it in. She never investigated as to why it wasn't. She also told me that a lab test I had was ok. It wasn't. She ignored my BP level & kept telling me it was ok. It's not. I'm now experiencing side effects from my condition that she ignored. Thank goodness I found another doctor at Dignity that acknowledges my problems & has ordered the correct tests. Dr Torlak cost my Son his life He had spectrum migraine headaches and if you look online your supposed to get CT scan at least every year This Dr scheduled my Son's last one 2016 he died Nov 2020 He hadn't gotten 4 scans and if he had he could be alive now My Son was 47 years old and otherwise healthy . Dr. Torlak is a superb physician and a human being. She treats us with kindness and respect. All the treatment options are in understandable manners. Dr Torlak makes it clear to us every word and the way we have to follow the rules of the taking medication. There’s no rush from the doctor’s side in having appointments with her. When you leave her suite you feel yourself comfortable and believe that everything would be good in our treatment. I've been seeing Dr. Torlak for 5 years. She's always been thorough, kind and answers all my questions and she akes suggestions. Her staff are also wonderful.

My Son was supposed to get CT scans every year due his past spectrum migraines He is dead now stroke quite possibly because this Dr didn't give him one once a year He died Nov 2020 at 47 And his last CT scan was 2016 I was shocked to hear .

Dr. Torlak is a good listener. She spent quite a bit of time with me today, and was very thorough.

Today I saw Dr. Torlak for some skin issues. She was very thorough and she's a good listener. She also gave me a referral to a dermatologist, and checked up on all my other routine tests and encouraged to me to get those done! I needed that. It was a good visit. Nice doctor.

She is a wonderful, trauma informed doctor. I have never felt more listened to by a MD.

Dr. Torlak does not listen to a very I'll person. She will not make eye contact and is too busy on the computer keyboard to help. I had to go out of network to get help with my osteoarthritis issues and after 3 fusion surgeries I did not trust her with my life any longer. I was scared to death of her after withdrawals from medication that she just decided to drop me from. Be careful with this doctor. Very Scared.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Torlak and I had a wonderful experience! She was very kind and answered all my questions with detail. She was very efficient which I really appreciate. I got right in with the medical assistant and Dr. Torlak walked in after maybe 3 minutes. The whole office at Mercy including the valet was wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

I lost my UC Davis insurance and thought I could never find a better doctor then I had there. Dr. Torlak was so empathetic and concerned of my Ulcerative Colitis flare and since I'm suffering badly she requested and urgent appointment with a referral to a GI doctor . I had an appointment 2 days later with a GI DR. Dr. Torlak is amazing and I love her. I would recommend her to everyone I know and don't know. Kind, considerate. I'm 100% satisfied and blessed to have her as my doctor.

This doctor is awesome!!! She’s caring, compassionate, and really listens to the parient’s converns! I’m so glad I found her. Nothing negative here!

Unable to diagnose or trouble shoot a medical concern you have. Lacks a good bedside manner.

I've been in 2 appointments with her. She is very thorough and is not a clock-watcher. She answers all questions and shows genuine concern for the patients. I have many health issues and am new to seeing her but so far so good. She has been very respectful of patients opinions.

Very professional. I'm 67 yr and Dr. Torlak treats me as if I were an intelligent woman who knows her own body. I appreciate her friendly manner and she is very knowledgable.

Dr. Torlak is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the answers to any questions or concerns I have. She made time to see me on a day when I did not have an appointment, but needed medical attention. By doing this she made me feel like my health was truly of concern to her. I left her office feeling as if I had hope. Thank you so much!

she was too busy on the computer to LISTEN TO ME and hear that I need refills, I am in pain from a distended abdomen, pressure for almost 2 weeks. She refused to refill my meds I have not had refills on for 2 months or more. She said I had too many medical problems for her to help me now, I would have to make another visit in 2 weeks! With the insurance I have, all the drs want are you to keep coming back and back and each visit cause they can't help.
