Since, my review keeps being deleted. Worst place ever. My daughter didn’t want sedation and it took 4 months of ME calling them to finally get an appointment. I was told twice that my 2 other children would be able to be back with me. We get to the appointment and I am now told that I will have to leave my child back there by herself and go to waiting with my other children or call and get someone to come and watch them. Something I could have and SHOULD have been told when scheduling an appointment. Then the office manager has attitude and tells me it is my choice if I want to follow the dentist’s policy or do my job as a mother and make sure my child is safe by going to another dentist. Basically, I am the reason why they didn’t call me back and I am the reason my daughter won’t be getting her treatment. No, ma’am. It is your office managing that is the reason why I took all three of my children out and why I am writing this review from the parking lot. Do NOT take your children here. They push unneeded treatment plans and just flat out refuse to abide by the statements their office makes. Since, my review keeps being deleted. Worst place ever. Absolutely love this dentist! She’s gentle with my kids and speaks to them on their level. Dr. Rojas is fast and efficient. She took the time to make sure I understood what was going to happen in my son’s procedure and let my son know not to eat too much candy or drink soda. She also spoke to about my daughter’s future need for braces. Dr. Rojas is a fantastic dentist.

I take my 3 children there. Always very efficient, in and out.

I always appreciate the staff at Pediatrix! They are truly top notch! Dalio always does an amazing job with the boys- he’s super patient and creative with entertaining a toddler! And then he switches gears and is always excellent with my pre teen. Dr. Rojas is sweet and brings love and care every time and listens and explains everything-

My daughter enjoys the conversations she has with the techs and doctor. They provide comfort and a welcome distraction. Today the tech told my daughter she was “ proud of her.” These simple words brought a smile to my daughters face. My concerns and questions are always addressed and we in and out in about an hour. Please play close attention to your billing. This office does NOT honor in-network discounts despite advertising as "in-network" . Any disputes are handle both unprofessionally and untimely. After a successful dispute from the insurance company, it has been 8 months and still no reimbursement.

The office staff made sure to always reach out and make sure I was aware of what was due when, who would be contacting me next, and anything I needed to get done in advance.

Impressed with the organization of patients coming in in response to the pandemic. I was able to wait in my vehicle and they called me when they were ready. They took temp.checks and had a questionnaire for us to fill out related to COVID. I thought that was smart in the event they had to trace back, they had a way to tie it down to the patient. I loved the fact that you were grabbing a sanitized marker every time and the requirement of wearing face masks.

We are so pleased with Dr. Rojas and her staff. They are very attentive and caring. My daughter broke her teeth when she was 18 months old and Dr. Rojas helped guide us through her surgery to fix her teeth and what needed to be done for the best outcomes with our daughter’s best interest. I am so thankful for Dr. Rojas and her awesome and welcoming staff. They all definitely go above and beyond when caring for their patients as well as for the parents. My daughter, now 4 years old says she wants to be a pediatric dentist and help children fix their teeth; she definitely looks up to and respects Dr. Rojas. Recently she went in for a follow up appointment and teeth cleaning and did so well during this time of COVID-19. I highly recommend Pediatrix Dental! This doctors officer charges for unnecessary medication. They trying to charge me again for medication that is not necessary but is recommend. I said yes to it the 1st time I took my daughter because they put crowns in. now they are trying to do fillings and want to charge me 470 dollars for fillings. The last time my daughter went was for crowns which I understand can be pretty prices so I paid the 450 last time. But 470 this time for fillings not gonna happen. This office needs to be on a watch list for doctors who push medication that is not necessary. The last dentist my daughter went to she have fillings and he only charged 150 for 3 of them. I have the same Insurance nth has changed. Never going back to this doctors office also not recommending it. Apparently there have been people who have had the same problem.

We were the only ones in the waiting room, they called us back quickly and the entire time the dental assistant had her mask on, changed gloves and washed her hands. They build a relationship with my daughter making her feel safe by complimenting her and walking her through each step of the process so she knows what’s happening. The dentist came in right away and we were out of there within 30 minutes.

We had never been to Pediatrix Dental before a recent dental emergency on my 3yo. Olga gave us all the info needed to come in for an urgent exam. The technicians quickly and efficiently accomplished x-rays on a screaming toddler and Dr. Rojas conducted a thorough exam, resulting in a comprehensive and thorough care plan. My kid didn't love it but I was very satisfied with the care received.

I really don't know where to begin on how wonderful they are. They really are helpful and understanding . My child is autistic and they treated him with care they even had a weighted blanket to help soothe him. He was of course overwhelmed like any child but they sang and rubbed his head to calm him. This was my daughters second visit with Dr.Rojas and her staff. On both visits all of the staff and dentist have been professional and friendly. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and the hygienist was very gentle with my daughter and explained in detail everything that she was doing. My daughter is 11 y.o. and she has been there many times. We've always had an excellent experience there. However, the first assistant that came in today was at times rude with our daughter. I will admit, our daughter came off as rude within the first few minutes. But, she had just found out that she wasn't there for a routine exam/cleaning and was nervous about what was happening. Our daughter was trying to express her fears and the assistant told her it didn't matter to her whether we were here for a short time or a long time as she was there til 5pm, but if she didn't behave she would kick us (Mom and Dad) out of the room. After a few minutes, a second assistant came into the room thankfully as she was calm, patient and very nice. Towards the end, the first assistant announced that the Dentist would need to come in and "file down" some areas. The way she said it scared her and she started to get upset. The assistant grabbed her arm ( not in a gentle way) to get her to touch the tool so she could see it didn't hurt. I understand what she was trying to do, but it was the manner in which she did it that scared my daughter even more and it took everything in me to not reprimand the assistant. Add to that, as my daughter was telling her no, the assistant told her she was not 5 years old. The only reason her Dad and I didn't stop and say something at that time, was we knew the procedure was almost done and we just wanted to get it over with and get out of there. Luckily, once the Dentist came in to finish up, it was just the Dentist and the 2nd assistant. And, that part went well and the mood in the room was much more relaxed. We've never had an issue like that before with any staff there and never known staff to have an issue with our daughter before. I'm not sure if my daughter coming off as rude in the beginning set the assistant off or if she was having a bad day or what it was. We did correct our daughter right away when she sounded rude. I was a pediatric nurse and I've had my share of scared, difficult and rude kids and parents. But, how you react can deescalate a situation and put the child and parent at ease. Remember, you're the adult professional taking care of kids. Even 11 year olds get scared.

My boys love going to the dentist and that one says alot! They enjoy it from the moment they get there. The waiting area is equipped with video games for the kids to play and a wooden play house that's just the right size for the kids. The place is clean and the entire staff is professional! The Dr is awesome! Just a great experience all around!

It was an easy check in. While waiting, their lobby has several options (books to read etc) to entertain the kiddos. The Dental hygienist are professional and knows how to approach toddlers. The place is very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and did great with my girls. My youngest is very shy and they made her feel very comfortable. However, I did feel pushed to make a decision on the spot about the suggested but needed things for my daughters teeth. It came out to a very large amount, something that I would definitely need to talk with my husband about. I felt as if I needed to make the decision right away. I let them know that I needed time, they were polite about it but just felt a little pushy.

I do not write reviews often, but I believe others should know some things about this place before they decide to make an appointment. My 8 year old daughter was referred to a pediatric dentist by our family dentist because she has some cavities that need to be filled, and she is very anxious about dental work. We arrived at the appointment 10 minutes early. We waited 45 minutes past our appointment time before we were taken to the back. The hygienist was nice. However, xrays had not been received from my dentist’s office, and he said they would need to take more xrays. I refused, and used my cell phone to call my dentist who then sent over the xrays. Dr. Rojas then came in. It was obvious that she was trying to speak and act as quickly as possible so that she could move on to the next patient. All of this significantly contributed to my daughter’s anxiety. Finally, there was the sales person at the end of the appointment who presented me with a treatment plan that would charge $325 for each of the 2 appointments for Demerol, and an additional $100 per appointment for laughing gas, neither of which is covered by my insurance, of course. My questions regarding the specifics of the plan were met with irritation. It was proposed that we’ve could have my daughter put under general anesthesia at the hospital, but I was told I would have to call my own health insurance company to find out how much it would cost. I felt that the sales person was trying to bully me. I declined to make an appointment for the work to be done. In all, we spent over 2 hours at the office for the dentist to spend 2 minutes (if that) proposing a treatment plan for my daughter which I believe has a very inflated price tag. My poor daughter is significantly more anxious about having her dental work taken care of now than she was before we went to this appointment.

I loved that we were in and out in a timely manner. We arrived 20 minutes before our appointment time and we were called back within a few minutes. They promptly began on my oldest and then followed by my two year old. My two year old does not sit still for long so I’m so happy the process was quick.

Got there at 7:55 left at 10:55 for teeth cleaning and sealants. They kept on and kept on with the laughing gas after I had repeatedly told them no. Bed side manners really need to be worked on as well.

Pediatrix Dental is by far the absolute best. They are the most professional and caring office that I have been fortunate enough to have my son cared for and treated at. Dr. Rojas is an amazing person and doctor. Her and her staff are so wonderful with the children. They talk to them where they can understand. I have so much respect for everyone there. They help you work through all of your needs and concerns. My son has been with Dr. Rojas for over 12 yrs. and I have worked with her office staff over insurance issues and medical issues. They always made me feel like no matter what, they were there for my son's health and well being. I can't say enough about how great they are.

As a parent of a highly anxious child and having an anxiety disorder myself, the visit today for my son was amazing! The staff was patient, informative, and more importantly they listened and responded to my son and his concerns and anxieties. As the person having to watch the procedure it was significantly less traumatizing than a previous visit my son had at a different dental office. Being able to be by his side during the procedure helped us both. I highly recommend Dr. Rojas and her staff!
